FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (10 Viewers)

NYY +108 - CC settled in after his first two innings last time out and Hutchinson is due for a correction... or maybe I am on crack...

ATL - 107

Ari/Col o9.5

ML Parlay of STL/CLE/BOS/LAA GLTA

Whew...Sweated Liverpool a bit more then I thought I would need to.

Looking good. A few more games this afternoon and several parlays hit.
Lyon won!

If you look at the livescore though....it shows a late goal by the opposition but it either didn't count or I don't understand it. Help?

eta: Looking at the computer(not on phone now) it shows as PEN and X so I assume it was a disallowed goal of some sort

Greinke 7-1 SU in April since 2012 (6-0 L6) and 2-6 O/U with an average of 2.6 ±2.7 opponent runs. The average margin of victory in those L6 games was 1.3 ±0.8.

Matt Cain 3-8 SU in April since 2012 and 7-4 O/U with an average of 5.5 ±4.0 opponent runs. Cain is 2-7 SU versus the Dodgers since 2012 with O/U of 3-5-1 in those games (avg total 6.6). Cain was 0-4 SU last year lined at 115 or greater, albeit without much run support. He is 11-22 SU in his career lined at 130 or greater.

I'm thinking that means they missed on a penalty kick.Porto/National over 2.5

Kinda like the 'Stros and the Brew Crew tomorrow.

Looks like somebody made a big move on Hutchison tonight, Yankees opened at -108 at Pinny and are now at +115.
My dads a novice sports fan and isn't the type to say a bad word about anyone. When I spoke to him the other day he came right out with a "wow the Yankees stink this year, and CC looks terrible and is even more out of shape".

I know it seems ridiculous, but that's enough for me to put a multi unit bet on Toronto.
:sadbanana:

Seemed like sound reasoning to me.

SF 100/140

SF o3 100/100

LA/SF o7 100/102

What the hell action junkie play. Giants are 5-1 SU and 5-1 to the over, and are averaging 6.3 runs per game. Seattle scored 11 runs at Anaheim with this umpire behind the plate last Tuesday.

Wise man. The good news is that the Red Sox look terrible again. All is right with the world!

That over was fast.

I know I'm a homer, but if you like value, you should love UConn at 66-1 to win the National Championship.

Great guard play, Great defense, and a nice 7 foot center. Granted, they have looked real good blowing out some not so great teams, but they have been looking stronger and stronger lately, and with no stand out "Best team in the country" in the way, getting 66-1 on a top 25 team isn't the worst thing you can do.
:tebow: I tailed here, also got Wisconsin at 50-1 on a tail.
:hifive:
:hifive: had both wisc and uconn from tailing you. Sitting on Uconn 100-1. :excited:
I know I should hedge here, but I'm going to say F### it, and let it ride!

Go UConn!

Also, do you know out of however many series are played in a season how many are sweeps as well as how many times the favorite swept and got swept?
How is your system coming. When you say favorite do you mean the favorite to win the series or the favorite to win the final game of the series.

Ugly game for them, West Ham mucked it up pretty good in true West Ham fashion. Hammers got a lucky/unjust break on the goal, but the go-ahead penalty was also questionable. I dunno, I guess it all comes out in the wash.

EPL GOTY next Sunday.

Colorado Avalanche -135.

Big.
Adding the Stars -1.5 (+175).

Both are very motivation-based plays. Pittsburgh is locked into the #2 seed and their main objective looks to be not to get guys hurt. Colorado has been playing great (won 6 straight), and they are in the middle of a tight playoff race.

Dallas looks to stay ahead of Phoenix for the last playoff spot, and they really should beat a bad Florida team.

From my GB LeRinkRat... one of the rare Covers posters who knows WTF he's talking about.

Penguins were shut out last night @ Minnesota and didn't show much "effort" in that game. Looks like they are cruising into the 2nd seed in the East and doubt Danny Bylsma is going to take ANY chances on a key injury going into the playoffs. they have not been scoring lately with 2 GA's or less in 6 of their last 8.

Varlamov has won his last 6. had a shutout his last @ St Louis yesterday and only 2 GA's in each of his previous four games and 6 of previous 7.

Penguins really have nothing to play for and listening to their broadcast team yesterday it seems like Bylsma will be cautious with his top players. they have called up a couple of AHL players for their WBS AHL team and I wouldn't be suprised to see Crosby, Kunitz, Neal and company get limited ice time.

Meanwhile with the Blues regulation loss in Chicago Patrick Roy's Avalanche are in striking distance of St Louis for Central or even the Western conference lead AND are only 1 point ahead of the Blackhawks. I think they will play their hearts out yet again today. No Matt Duchene hurts BUT they have been winning without him.

Unmotivated team vs one fighting for home ice.

I have 7 units on this game. Largest hockey play ever. I cannot name a single starter on the ice if Malkin/Crosby are out, for either team.

I suppose I won't be getting my own CNBC wagering show anytime soon.

LETS GO AVS

See now if this type of stuff was on the show it would be solid gold. Sharp X sees Pitt resting all stars and estimates line is off by 100 cents before Las Vegas desperately catches up.... good "real" story line there.

I'm in. Who's got a camera? I have enough self confidence that i'll play the heel. Been doing it 37 years now.

ACTION!

I could do it very tastefully, and promise to not release the video until you are 100% comfortable with it. I just have a few things for you to sign and we need to get you a spray tan.

Good call here Mo. Ballsy to take Cena since all faces have won so far. I thought Wyatt would go over. Taker is a lock. Bryan should win the main event. Only worry is that not a single heel has won.

yup. i had Cena by himself too so it is a plus night for me no matter. Had Big Show to win the battle royal at +600.

but i think the all face thing is ok. Sure Cena is the good guy, but the crowd all wanted Wyatt to win. Just a different age with some of this stuff.

This game makes absolutely no sense, other than the fact I bet it big. They didn't take Pittsburgh's lineup seriously.

Sigh... we move on. Sorry to all who tailed.
