FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (20 Viewers)

This is done... OKC is just awful. Thinking SAS doesn't take their foot off the gas the next two games to try and earn some rest for the finals... Thinking sweep and betting SAS in OKC.

Buehrle vs. Lester has the makings of a nice under tomorrow afternoon unless there are some huge wind gusts at Fenway. Darvish @ DET possibly, also.

OKC isn't the Lakers. Even if they were the Lakers, remember the time you and the public thought the Lakers were done after the Clippers kicked the #### out of them by 36 points back in January and then they went on to go 6-0 ATS after you started fading them.

March 7, my bad. And they went 8-11-1 ATS after that, but 2-0 ATS the next two games and actually beat the Thunder at home that second game.

whew. In my wildest dreams I never thought i'd be sweating that SA over after the 3rd period. Also...why on earth weren't the Thunder at least starting the studs in the 4th to try and make a run confuses the hell out of me.

I saw a little American idol and no doubt a dude is winning. One of these guys is winning:

Sam wolf +325

Caleb Johnson + 800

Earlier posted dexter fowler now +550.

But it will be one on these guys.
Thanks Caleb. Screw u thunder.

Weren't they already sitting with2-3 minutes left in the 3rd?

I'm just saying no team is as good or bad as they looked the game before.
This is true, but I think the Spurs ARE this good, regardless of how good or bad the Thunder are, and they want the rest so they can get vengeance on Miami.
If winning for the Spurs is so easy, then how do you explain game 6 in Dallas when they could have closed out the series. And how do you explain game 4 in Portland when they could have closed out the series.

The line drop at Sportsbook was very telling. I didn't want to be the dude in the thread complaining about the loss before the game was actually decided. But for Sportsbook to drop the number on a total in a public game was pretty huge. They very square on their totals and are constantly a 0.5 point/run and/or 15 cents worse than everyone else on totals.

Their last 8 games:

7-1

7-1 ATS

Outscored opponents by 142 in this 8 game stretch. They're firing on all cylinders.

Right. But your sample size includes game 7 versus the Mavs at home, a game in which the home team wins 72% of the time and covers 67% of the time. Then you are talking about three home games versus the Blazers, and two more home games versus the Thunder. In the only two road games you refrence with that trend the Spurs went 1-1 SU and ATS.

Right, I hear you & very valid points... But the sample size also consists of a game 7, an entire WCSF, & 2 games in the WCF. They just look so good in these important games.

Maybe OKC steals one game, but I don't think it is possible for this series to go beyond 5. OKC quit tonight, I can't imagine how they'll look facing elimination.

Thunder and pts.
Took SAS and over... Small bets
What happened to you posting your nickel ticket "from work" today? You couldn't post because it never happened amiright?
PM your email address... Ill send you a screen grab, you can then pleasure yourself to it

A playoff series doesn't start until the road team wins a game. And the Spurs are 2-6 SU and 2-5-1 ATS in their last eight playoff games away. Did you have any money on either one of these two teams when they played in OKC this season. Did you even see the games?

I need some tech help from one of you computer nerds before I lose my mind. Everytime I'm streaming a baseball game at MLB.com, like clockwork every few minutes, the picture freezes and I get a message that the Adobe Flash Player has crashed, and I have to reload the page. Can't tell you how annoying this is. If it happened once a day.... fine. But it happens constantly. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Adobe, and still have the issue. I don't have problems on any other sites. Seems to be just MLB.com. Any help?

I'm running Windows 7 home premium on a Samsung laptop if it matters.

Simple strategy... Bet a G against the Lakers every game for the rest of season regardless of spread or opponent.

Thoughts?
This is the screenshot I want to see.

No, didn't bet it... I'm curious to see how that would've panned out.
If you didn't bet it, why were you kicking rocks when the Lakers beat the Thunder SU two days later? Dude, where did you come from?

####### Lakers :kicksrock:

BC I was wrong on day one & they came out and played good against a legit team.

Splitter u 8.5p -115
This was one of the worst beats I've ever seen, GB. :(

He had 7 points with 9:00 left in the 2nd. Did nothing for two full quarters, then hits two FTs at the end of the 3rd Q to put the Spurs up by 31. Then sits the entire 4th Q. He's also a career 68% FT shooter, but went 5-5 tonight. If one of those misses, you cash. Brutal.

No worries. It just means he'll be at 8.5 again next game and we'll win it, just like game 1.

Also I went 3-1 on totals today but didn't post them because things have been rough. Like clockwork. Not gonna prove it though.

Which book is regarded as having the sharpest lines out there? I'd like to compare them to my ham 'n egger books to see if I can make them pay for bad lines.

Hamels/Alvarez Miami -105, -1.5 +195, o7.5 +115
Added Tor/Bos u8.5 -105 and Oak/TB o7 +100 last night for day games
Looking at my distribution of favorites vs dogs, I have too many favorites. I'm looking into why that is. Baseball is about value and since my totals have been running decent (46-25 +19.14u) I may not be applying the value of the MLs appropriately (they are still up 6u). In the long run, that I think is going to kill me.

Here are my other totals today:

Greinke/Niese o6.5 -115

Cosart/Elias o7.5 -105

Tomlin/Chen would be an under 9 according to SBR but is currently OTB. Need to see why.

FatSaw He makes some sense.
That dude in his video says he likes betting unders. Why? Because when the pitcher throws that first pitch he is holding a winning ticket. Is that a thing? He also says that he doesn't play the NBA because you can't beat it. Not really sure what he is talking about.

I like his take on March Madness after 21:50 and then what he says about volume after that. And then when he goes off on units after that. Then he starts talking about "getting your #### hard" before he sums everything up at the end, which I can relate to. This is a little hidden gem. Thanks RN.
