Percentage and consensus data is still alive and well at SBR, but the total volume seems like it's fallen off. A lot fewer commas in the numbers this week.
hmm, why do you think this is?
Because it's all fun and games to bet the NFL for five weeks before you eventually run out of money?

Goo, how much total do you have down today?
About 45 stacks of high society so far, haven't gotten into the 4:00 games much yet. If everything loses I'm gonna need a place to hide out for a few months.

Why are Pats/Bills on Fox?
The NFL uses “flexible scheduling” to ensure quality matchups in all NFL Sunday time slots and to give teams a chance to play their way onto prime-time and into the late-afternoon 4:25 p.m. ET time slot on CBS or FOX.For the first time, flexible scheduling may be applied in Weeks 5-10. During that period, flexible scheduling can be used in no more than two weeks by shifting a Sunday afternoon game into primetime and moving the Sunday night game to an afternoon start time.

Also, for the first time, a select number of games are being “cross-flexed,” moving between CBS and FOX to bring potentially under-distributed games to wider audiences.

The NFL will continue to use flexible scheduling on Sundays in Weeks 11-17. For each flexible scheduling week with the exception of Week 17, the NFL announces the start times of games on Sundays no later than 12 days prior to that weekend. To ensure a Sunday night game and doubleheader games with playoff implications in Week 17, flexible scheduling decisions for that Sunday can be made on six days notice.
NEW YORK (AP) — An AFC East showdown will air on Fox as part of the NFL's new "cross-flexing."

The league said Sunday that the Oct. 12 game between the New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills will be on Fox instead of CBS, which owns the AFC package. The policy change in the current TV rights agreement aims to gain bigger audiences for appealing games.

Fox owns the NFC package.

The NFL also says the Oct. 12 matchup between the Chicago Bears and Atlanta Falcons will shift from a 1 p.m. start to 4:25 p.m.

here is a breakdown of that survivor pool i'm in. Looks like quite a few are banking on Cincy today too, but we will be losing some of these people:

Team Name Times Selected 1. Cincinnati 195 2. Green Bay 88 3. Arizona 84 4. San Francisco 64 5. Baltimore 63 6. New England 36 7. Tennessee 34 8. Atlanta 27 9. Indianapolis 18 10. Philadelphia 12 11. Pittsburgh 11 12. Minnesota 9 13. Miami 5 14. Houston 5 15. Cleveland 5 16. Detroit 3 17. NY Giants 1 18. St. Louis 1 19. Washington 1

I remember when I'd just go watch a movie during a FF final because sweating it was too stressful. That was adorable.
I'm getting work done. I took a few years off of fantasy football and for some dumb reason got roped back in this year. Now I can't watch football because I spend all day losing my mind. Life is so much simpler just placing a few bets and watching Redzone without giving a #### about individual players.

How does Goo find 14 books which offer these props and I can't find one? :(
im gonna open up betus too as a 5th book since I got shut down on my last one. Heard decent things about the props. Not sure about payout tho
18 books if you count non-credit. Betus sucks, all kind of issues of getting cut, and I've heard payment concerns lately.
Trying to find a new real one. Any suggestions from the main 4. regularguy gave some invites but didnt, still looking into those

I still play in several leagues, but I find myself not really caring anymore

A few of them are with friends so the draft is usually a good time and it's a good way to keep in touch, but winning/losing doesn't really phase me anymore

Because I'm held in such high regard I agree with goo/swirv on Marshall. Even played o yards. :lmao:

The league with my friends we started when we were 14. This is our 18th season. Problem is the commish has grown up to be a real tool. Expanding the league to 16 teams and they are all guys only he knows personally. They only trade with him and usually get ripped off. The cost is 600 dollars to play. You would think a friendly league could he capped at 100 bucks? Nope. The scoring has evolved to ridiculous proportions because this dude thinks more is better. We have 100/150/200 yard bonuses. 40 yard bonuses. 40 yard td bonuses. Ppr. Defensive yards and points against, 3 and outs, field goal misses are a negative, if your qb throws a pick 6 it hits you with -8 points. It's a ####### circus. They asked me back this year and the draft was a fricken blast but man it makes me just hate fantasy football.

(A 40 yard passing td is worth 16 points :loco: )

Ever since gooroo and player props I stopped caring about fantasy. All the guys in my league talk so much crap in the group texts and its meh

I stopped gambling but upped my number of FF leagues this year because I enjoy the drafts. Every Sunday has been miserable watching guys blow up on my bench and #### the bed when I start them. I may quit FF completely next year. GB GR and the 18 books. Do they let you play so they can move their lines? Man do I miss the NFL props...

^^^ we've got group chat as well and it's a good thousand messages a day during football season

Ruthless too.

I actually rewrite a famous song every week and replace it with words recapping the week behind us. Play it on the piano, sing it, record it and YouTube it to the league.

:lmao: i lost it at "3 and outs".

We implemented a rule this where the person who comes in last has to wear a sign on a busy intersection for an hour that says "I suck at ff" or something like that. So I'm paying attention in that league

should have been cameron over on yards, scared to double up.

SO in week two i traded a guy cameron and Hilton for Jer. Hill and Crabtree.

Yep playing vs that dood this week.

Better hope to God Flaco gets his 260 yards in the first half because he may not play in the second half.

Good lord Tampa is awful.

Cleveland C Alex Mack, who is not only their best lineman, but also the lynchpin of that O-line, went down late in the 1st half...air cast, out and not returning...anyone else looking to buy out of the Steelers? That's really going to hurt the Browns. This could be our ticket.
