FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (2 Viewers)

Red Wings should roll tonight and I see no reason Howard isn't in net.Sabres are 0-8 in their last 8 road gamesSabres are 3-15-1 in the last 19 meetings.Sabres are 1-8 in the last 9 meetings in Detroit.I've been getting killed on puck lines but may give this one a shot...lol
Tailing this and the Preds. Took the puck line on both. Thanks

I place my bets based on which teams fans will melt down more in the Shark Pool if their team loses.
:lmao:
I'm dead serious about this. I don't have a favorite team. Never have. I like to root for good stories and underdogs generally and anyone but the typical league powers: Giants, Pats, Steelers, etc. I've never seen something so interesting as the Game threads during the playoffs over in the Shark Pool. Every single call by the ref is talked about as if the world is ending and it's the only bad call that has ever taken place in the history of the NFL. Go look through the thread yesterday around the time that awful fumble call was made. I'm a pretty immature little ####, but I'm amazed that some of them are grown men. Someone called someone else "b!itcht!ts" in the thread yesterday :lmao: You can't make this stuff up. I just observe and it's entertaining. I do feel bad for Pack fans though - those poor ####s have nothing in this world. Living in Wisconsin - it's going to be 10 degrees out for the next 2 months, the holidays are over, there's nothing to do except huff paint and churn butter. I don't get the hate for them but it's a rite of passage I suppose if the favorite loses to ask "Did the Packers choke?". Pure entertainment over there on Sundays. People losing their ####### minds right in front of you.

To the bolded above, tried fishing a little in the Pack/gmen game thread. At least Rodgers gets to start in the pro bowl now. Couldn't even land a bluegill.

I had Harrison Frazar in the Sony open @ 80/1. one shot short in a tie for 2nd. He has two top 5's in this yrs tourneys so far. Knocking on the door and may bust through soon. His line will probably be alot shorter in coming weeks but still might be worth a play.

Cleveland Cavs +2 - 1 unit

They are in the last game of a 7 game roady. They have played well as of late. At the end of long roady you would usually look for a letdown. I don't think Byron Scott will let that happen with this bunch. Cleveland beat Charlotte by 20(?) last time they played. The game was within 10 until Cleveland pulled away in the 4th quarter. I'll take the Cavs and the points.

I don't follow golf like I used to. Who is likely to be favored at The Masters?
:shrug:Jason DayKJ Choi is consistent every year IIRC (I usually bet on him)ETA: Rory :duh:or Luke Donald perhaps well
Tiger will be favored unless he is terrible leading up to the event.
Over Rory?
Should he be? Probably not....but he will be...I think he was the betting favorite when he came back from that 6 month hiatus and it was his first tourney back....and he contended....like he does every year.

Sportsbook now approaching 7 weeks on my payout. ####### lame.

Processing a full cashout and shutting down my account. Tired of their bull#### excuses.

Anyone wanna buy a SB account with high prop limits? :lmao:

Cleveland wins the 1st and 3rd Q's combined by 20, but loses the 2nd Q by 18... :lmao:

Had a really good day yesterday and a really good run this week. That being said, all of the plays my "system" is coming up with (and yes, I know I'm obviously offending some people by using the word system and no, it's not just going to accuscore and picking the 60% plus plays) are making me a little uncomfortable so I think I'm going to sit today out on the CBB side. If you're interested, the plays that I came up with were :Minnesota -2 1/2Clemson +6UCLA -1 1/2I really like both of my home state schools today, but I'm not playing them. Creighton is laying 14 1/2 at home to a bad S. Illinois team. Creighton going to Illinois St. and winning their last game was huge. This is a very good team. A local radio show had a caller call in after they lost their first home league game to Missouri St. and said Creighton would win out the MVC. The announcers laughed him off the air. Then they went to Wichita and won. He may be right. LOTTA weapons besides just McDermott. As far as Nebraska goes, they've had Jorge Brian Diaz and Dylan Talley back the last couple of games and played much better. They started B1G play 0-4 but were missing those two for the first 3 games. They have absolutely no post presence without Diaz, and their limited with their ability to score even WITH Talley. I think Wisconsin is a bit overrated, spread I believe is 15 1/2 and that's a pretty big number.Only game I'm playing today is:Win-Texans +92012 Posted PicksCBB-19-12-1NFL-3-0NBA-3-4-1CFB-1-0
And the lesson we learn here is when you are betting a system, don't listen to your gut. Ugh. My gut on Nebraska is looking OK at halftime however!
That would have been another 4-1 day. I've got to quit being such a protective #####. Tailing on the Red Wings ML tonight.Only Basketball play my system is coming up with is Kansas -7. I've got a few other games I like including T'Wolves -7Mizzou -15 1/2Cuse -13but those are gut calls and the Cuse game goes directly against the system. Not sure what if anything I'll be playing.I think Baylor is better than Kansas by a considerable margin so that game scares me.

check request or wire transfer?
Check. Apparently wires are quicker. My bank tends to hit me with fees for wires for some reason though so I avoid them.
Wire transfers gave me fits for awhile. Apparently, they got a new processor. Or several, since the last time I tried.

Good early start with the Sixers, Magic, and Preds.

That Thunder line looks soooo good. I know Boston is due but the Thunder are a far superior team and the celts just look old and tired now.

NBA

Thunder -2.5

NHL

Senators on the wheel...debating puck line and money line but should ride this team while they are hot.

Red Wings on the wheel and puck line. The have been great at home...Buffalo is struggling and the Wings have had their number.

If Rask starts for the Bruins they may be a play also.

NCAAB

Was thinking Baylor until seeing Gussy's and bmj's posts.
