I don't think #3 is an issue - I don't blame him. #2 - well, unless he needs it or has the opportunity to diversify and use different books and numbers. #1 is okay too - some folks prefer flat betting. It sounds like he has hit at a decent % - not sure of the vig he's laying, but he seems to have a niche so kudos there.
