For those of you who remember from the weekend. My Hockey Prop buddy has two plays he likes tonight. He said if the Habs Over on shots was a 4 unit game, he likes these for 2 units.M St Louis O 4.5 Points+Shots +110Avalanche U 28.5 Shots -115
I actually played Avs U28.5 earlier today...now I feel smart...lets hope it wins
.500 isn't bad in baseball.

I am eyeing the Over 22.5 1H on Pats Jets.... that feels low to me. Jets are going to be looking to come out of the gate fast to avoid getting in the hole they were in last time (have seen interviews confirming this).... and the Pats could Conceivably put up 17-21 by themselves.

Thoughts?

I like the under :lol:betting it goes something along the lines of 24-21 pats.

just logged into bodog for the first time in ages.

400 bones hiding in there to surprise me.

Pretty sure its going on some sorta whacky future or parlay.

What's coming out of the gate fast for the Jets? Two field goals? I still like the over though.

I could be wrong but I think the Jets actually put some points on the board in this game. Not a ton, mind you... but I could see them putting up 17-20. Just a hunch.

Anyone had a good look at the NFL Player Props yet before they get picked over too badly?

Currently on these (2u Each)

> NEP -1.5 / BAL +10

> NEP - 2.5 / GBP +8.5

> GBP +9.5 / BAL +10

Also tailing this parlay from someone here:

> NEP -8.5 / GBP ML / BAL ML (0.5u to win 5u)

And threw down 1u on

>NEP/NYJ 1H Over 22.5

in the first half? why not go O27 pats team total?

If anyone has money in broburysports I'd suggest withdrawing it. Thread over at SBR that they're closing down link
Pieces of ####...I've still got a ways to go on my rollover. Them limiting me to $10 props surely did me no favors. Although, according to that thread, they just aren't accepting no customers. What is it about the whole Sportsbook network of books that makes them so damn shady?

I will likely do that as well... however if the pats come out flat early and jets put up points early (which IMO will be their goal after the last debacle) then I'm covered. That said, I'm not sure the Jets have the personnel to execute that plan (esp with Belichick having 2 weeks to prepare). We'll see I guess.

Actually pats have covered that O27 the last 8 games including games against the Jets, Bears, Colts, STeelers & Packers. They have covered that number in every home game this year except week 6 vs the Ravens (23-20). :lmao:I like that number.... wish it was 26.5... then I'd love it.EDIT: ####it... 2U on the Pats Team Total Over 27 :lmao:

Looks like you'll still be able to clear it and withdraw

sia accts only. And they are actually accepting decent limits.Brandon Jackson un 30.5 rush yds -120More to come.
Everything else:Tate un 20.5 rec yds -120Tomlinson un 62.5 rush yds -120Stokley un 48.5 rec -125B. Jackson un 20.5 rec yds -120Mendenhall un 12.5 rec yds -120Brady un 1.5 rush yds -110 - biggerChester Taylor un 7.5 rec yds -111 and un 21.5 rush yds -120And a correlated parlay of Bears 1h -6.5 -115/ov 20.5 -115. I already laid 10 with the Bears. If you like Seattle correlated the other way is pretty good too.

Other nfl thoughts.

I laid 2.5 +173 with Baltimore. To me this is not the same Pittsburgh team as in years past, something just isn't there. Baltimore was darn impressive last week against KC and I am sold - they may be the SB champion.

GB/Atl - tough number. Lots of GB love as there was last year. Atlanta just seems to get it done week in and week out but I have said for weeks they are not that good and will be one and done. They continue to beat the pointspread and take money from me. I will find a way to continue with GB here.

Jets/Pats - I made it 7. I think the Jets have a great team to play the Pats with their running game. They know they need to keep Brady off the field. Only thing is that the Jets best part of their defense is their CBs. Problem is the Pats have TONS of weapons. Jets match up a lot better with Wayne/Garcon then the Pats and their WRs, TEs, and RBs out of the backfield. I will take the points and maybe ML.

Bears/Seattle - Seattle's 3rd consecutive playoff game (same can be said of GB) and a tough trip to Chicago. This has blowout written ALL over it. Bears by maybe 30 if Cutler is playing well. Lay the number.

The thing that stands out to me is the quality of the coaches still left. Harbaugh, Tomlin, Ryan, Belichick, McCarthy in the top 7 I would say (with Payton and Haley in there). Lovie stinks, jury is out on Caroll and I'm not a fan of Mike Smith but he gets the job done.

Providence +410 looks like a great value m/l play. There's no reason they don't win outright here. Putting a few bucks on that.

Adding some on Minnesota as a home dog as well.

Nothing really making the grade tonight. Action parlay .5 unit, Old Dom -2, Georgia state +10.5, and 0-17 N.C. Greensboro +15.5. To Patsfan, I don't see the friars winning that game, prolly won't cover the 9 either. jmo.

Maybe not, but they played the Orange very well at Syracuse, and it is the Big East, so I like to look at the dog in this league, as they always beat each other up.

Working link for "The Fighter" on a boring, snowy Wednesday night.

Here's another way to look at it. Pitt at +600 and a tt of 20. Jets total of 19 with +700. Pack at +500 and a tt of 22.5. All seem pretty spot on compared to each other. Rounding we can give 100 cents for each team total point (and this is close to correct but far off). Going by this with Balt tt of 17 they should be +900, instead they are +1500. Ravens probably too high but probably doesn't warrant a bet. Betting on these things where they don't give you a "no" option is usually bad.

What's the better play in a 7-point teaser?Pats -2½ or Jets +16½?Bears -3 or Seahawks +17?Ties do not lose.
Pats/Bears
Interesting. I agree with the Bears. They could win 31-10. But I lean towards the Jets. I think they know they HAVE to run, and I think they CAN run, especially if it's a super cold day. Should shorten the game, and it's not out of the question for them to win SU.

I like the Jets in the game too, but teasing the Pats to 2.5 is a no brainer. You either tease the Pats or bet the Jets +8.5.

Not when the Patriots win by 20 you don't. Patriots are in that mode where they just keep scoring early and often. Good luck with the run after that happens. And I wish Jets backers even more luck with Sanchez trying to bring them back, in Foxboro. This team's pretty lucky to be here when you think about it...and now go up against an absolute buzzsaw. For all their talk, even the Jets D wasn't as great as it was supposed to be this year...and certainly nothing that BnB won't have a problem with. Jets are about half as good as they think they are; they come crashing down on Sunday.I do see your point though, just trying to get RN to make the right choice. :lmao:

A lot of the same things were said before the Ravens went into Foxboro in the playoffs last year. New England had been 8-0 at home.

And how are the Jets "lucky" to be here, exactly?

RN, I'll be happy to talk more about the football game in a little bit, but first, I want some input for this Miami/Denver game. ANYBODY???

Heat getting 2 looks pretty tempting to me, but I'm no hoops expert. Back-to-back isn't lost on anybody I know, but they are a Mile High tonight, it matters. Heat had to battle back all game last night too, I watched it. I'm thinking the over. I saw some of Denver out here against the Clips and the Kings and they didn't even try; truly pathetic. Part of that was the trade talks and they did finally try the other night, blowing out Phoenix, and of course they'll be up for this one too. Again, pointing me to an over, no? Is that over too high because of all this, already? For a side, it would have to be the Heat for me as a dog, altitude be damned. Speaking of which, halftime plays should be interesting... Starting with my own over/under of 4.5 beers. :lmao:

And Lump, thanks for that Buffalo play, I took it. :lmao:

I'm on Denver for the following reasons:-James is out-Back to back in Denver is tough-Denver is very good at home (16-4 straight up)-Most importantly, reading the preview on espn.com, Denver is very pumped for this game. Saying things like they've had this circled for a long time. Crowd should be rowdy and should be lots of energy. Don't think Miami can keep upETA: I don't really know what I'm talking about with the NBA but I'm drinking bourbon and about to win a big bet on the OKC-Orl over so it sounds good.
