Diggin Cavs/Lakeshow UNDER 204 tonight. Cavs put up 57 points last time vs. the Lakers and the Lakers pulled a lot of their starters. Lakers on the tail end of a 7 game road trip all over the East will be quick to rest their starters once they are up by 20 points by the 3rd quarter.
Just 97 in the first half and Cavs are up 5

Two more two star plays. Car under shots and under e staal shots.
Could you post the lines you play these at? They often move and, for example, yesterday it made the difference.
Sure - when I'm at work I post using a phone and it's easier to keep it brief.Did the wild move from 29.5 to 28.5 last night.? I didn't think the odds moved that much let alone the line? I saw your post but I figured you put the bet in the wrong way.Stall is U 4 at -130 and Car U is 28.5 -105

CAR scored with 3 second left to tie off my under play and then Justin Williams gets a SOG with 3 seconds left in OT to tie off a bet...okay I'm done crying now

Bored, so I played the following for tomorrow...

Colorado St. -3.5 SLBD HI

Georgetown +2.5

Wisconsin +4.5
Well, not a good night, but not a disaster. Added a WIN ticket on Blazers laying the chalk. I think they win, I don't think they cover. I like the under too.

Also going in on San Diego St. -10 for a bit. Mex's team. :hifive:

Count me in on the fabulousness known as the COLORADO STATE RAMS!
 And that looks like you got the throw-back Aggie Orange (and Green) going there, which is GOOD LUCK. Go Rams!!Line went to 4, figured it would...
Brilliant! :hifive: Needed that one to offset the heartbreaker on the Jackets losing tonight in a game they easily should have won. Habs did the same damn thing to me last night. :lmao:

With Vandy I already made my play getting points but I can see why you would take the moneyline here. +125, maybe that's the play, I like them to win outright.
;) :lmao:
:hifive:  :lmao: That was a good idea. ;)
Nice call by you, moneyline was the way to go.

One total that I like is St Peters-Siena over 127- these teams put up 146 when they played each other two weeks ago. They had 158 shots and almost 60 free throws between them. Siena on the road shot a paltry 31% from the field, I think they can improve that at home. They both like to pound it inside and in the last game all the big men got in foul trouble, meaning scoring with no time off the clock, less defense inside late in the game, the ball will get kicked back out to the guards for more open shots and they both have guards that can knock down outside shots. Siena averages 67 points at home which is more than half this total and I think St Peters is the better team, so both teams can get to 67 a piece here (siena gives up about 69 ppg defensively). The one thing that makes me nervous is I feel the total is to low by at least 6 points and the bookies didn't adjust that much from the last time when they made it 122 but I'm not going to second guess it I think we go over again.
Adding Vandy +2.5- simply feel they are the better team and if they get their offense going, Georgia can't hang with them. I do think Georgia is going to try and slow this down a bit but still like Vandy to get it done.Have a lean on Louisville +2 but Cincy is definately going to bang them around inside and Cincy needs this one worse than Louisville does. I think Louisville is improving though and is certainly capable so some mixed feelings which means I should probably just lay off that game.
Any reason you wouldn't just take the money line then?
Nice call here, guys. I should have gone after this one, looked at it last night, but settled on Georgetown instead. Awesome call.9-0 Portland Run....:towel:

Not based on my stupid system because that ended up flaming out spectacularly, but just based on CBB knowledge I like Wisky/Purdue OVER 125 tonight. Last time they played they totaled 125, but the first half was more of a feeling out process with just 46 points scored and in the second half both were able to score pretty easily, putting up 79 between the two of them. I'm a little nervous because even though the Badgers offense is really clicking most of their great scoring games have come at home and Purdue is a better defensive team at home, but this game will likely go down to the wire and both teams shoot free throws well so I expect it to get over 130 in the end.
Tonight I like San Francisco +10.5 @ Portland. SF beat Portland by 7 last time they played in SF. The Dons have also been a quality road team, beating Santa Clara (4th place team) on the road earlier. Portland is good at home and beat St. Mary’s there by 15, but also beat Pepperdine by just 5 and needed overtime to beat Loyola-Marymount. These are two of the better teams in the WCC, and I don't see this one being a blowout.

Made a random golf play. AK over Bubba. Kim's playing well again and he must know (and played) Riviera a lot more than Watson. I realize Watson just won so he's also playing well but I will take my chances on familiarity and the home town boy. Too bad it's not for the entire 4 days, but screw it.

After last week, four days is just way too long to agonize over a golf match-up. GL to you, but I don't have the patience for that anymore.

One more: Talor Battle OVER 26.5 pts+rebs+assists

His season average is 28, 27 in conference games. Penn State plays Minnesota tonight, who are one of the more uptempo teams in the conference (that's relatively speaking, of course). In his career Battle has crushed the Gophers, totaling 31, 26, 33, and 28 p+r+a the last two years. Also in his favor, Gopher defensive star Al Nolen is out, which means he'll be either going against a zone or have a subpar defender matched up with him. Add in that he's a senior who has never been in an NCAA Tournament and they need to win out to get there plus playing at home and I expect a big, big game.

I forgot to mention that I've watched every Gopher game this year (and the last 20+ years) and I would probably play the over on this if it was points only.

bookmaker posted some MLB futures today

Wow, sportsbook really doesn't like me. For the life of me, I can't figure out how i get lumped in with the sharps who are taking money from them, but i went to play a prop today (first time in awhile) on sportsbook, and got this:

This bet exceeds the limit $1.00. If you would like to place an over limit bet, please click here.

I would think placing a limit at $1 can not voice " we want you the F^$# out of here" any better? I still have my heart set on screwing sportsbook (it has become a bit of a personal vendetta for me), but they may have won our battle. Luckily, a lot of you are still able to plug away and beat them up, so go on and win the war for the rest of us  And any further suggestion on how i can beat sportsbook are welcomed as well

My limit is a hundred dollars. Pretty stupid decision by them, IMO.

Nice writeup, spot on, covered in points alone

Louisville -3.5 2 units

Assuming the odds makers expect that a lot of people will love UConn getting points; Louisville strong at home.

Taking Vegas over Lunde at -140 for some Round 2 golf action today.

Lunde's ball striking and putting were atrocious yesterday, dude needs some time off.

Thanks guys. For tonight I like VCU +8 @ Wichita State. I'm scratching my head on this one because this line looks way too big for me, but kenpom has it as WSU by 11 and basically a slam dunk win, but I'm not seeing it. Wichita is a good team at 22-5, but they have three conference losses this year - all at home, two to teams about VCU's level and one to a really bad Southern Illinois team. I think they're getting a lot of credit based on some very impressive advanced stats, but in reality they haven't played anybody outside of two early non-conference games against UCONN and San Diego State - both losses. In fact their best win was a three-point home victory over Tulsa who ranks 94th at kenpom.com.

VCU has played 7 games against teams ranked in the top 60, and although they're just 2-5 in those games the wins were over UCLA on a neutral court and on the road at Old Dominion. They're coming in off back-to-back home losses against the two best teams in the league including losing by 20 to George Mason, so I think perception has them as not very good and may have helped push the line to where it is.

The big key here is that VCU doesn't turn the ball over much and Wichita doesn't force many turnovers, so VCU will have plenty of chances to score, they just have to shoot the ball well. This is a huge game for them to keep their at-large hopes alive (as it is for Wichita) and as a team that starts 4 seniors and a junior I expect them to play well. Similar to the San Fran/Portland game I posted last night, I don't know if they win but I expect it to be close and I think the 8 points is too many.

Did Sportsbook fix their bouncing check issues? I need to know before I reload..

Also, any online book great for NCAAB totals besides Pinnacle? The local is okay, but takes too much vig. I know a lot of them only posts totals for the key matchups.

As a UConn fan, I'm naturally biased, but I wouldn't bet against the NCAA player of the year (arguably), surrounded by a better than average squad. Also considering Louisville beat UConn by one on their home court a few weeks ago, I think UConn will come in fired up.It should be a no play for me, but I'm a sucker for ML games with a real shot of coming through.

Betting the All-Star game is probably throwing your money away, so betting the Rookie-Soph game tonight is probably worse. But, I can't help myself.

The Soph's are -6, but built into that line is Blake Griffin's presence. I don't think he's going to play much in this game, so he can save his body for the real game Sunday night.

I'm laying the 6, for S's and giggles.
