I don't get caught up too much in system plays.

I like throwing darts at a wall and BSing with the drunken uncles of this little clique. Much funner that way.

going to be drinking heavily tonight and will tail whatever RN, DD or SLBD want to do

And we arent having much luck so far this season (on paper, no bets in yet). Thats not unheard of in early December in past years, but usualy by now we have some clear trends. The Blues have been a nice suprise to bet the under when someone is playing them and the Stars over has been working OK, but we usualy have a few more at this point that we feel warm and fuzzy about. Most of the other Under/Overs are from last year and sp00rtsbook has been setting lines a little better then last year.

OK - I'll give it a shot.

two star plays here. 1 unit each.

Bluejackets U 32.5 -125

Blues U 29.5 -115

I'll be fair and include the bet I made two weeks ago

UCLA is not that good, but...USC was playing it's "Bowl" game against a very hated rival. They were going to leave it all on the field in their and most likely Barkley's final game.I don't see the incentive for Oregon to run up the score badly tonight. Once they get a comfortable lead, I can see them sitting key players to not risk injury for the Rose Bowl. Like 45-20 and UCLA scores late.

I don't do hockey until next week and then I'm on a regiment of tails and research until bowl season is complete.

I know you almost hafta just close your eyes and take UCLA tonight but man, are they bad. About the only good thing I can say is that they will give it their all. They carried Neweasel off the practice field the other day, singing the fight song and ####. I expect a pretty emotional, charged-up team when you add in the fact they know they are being laughed at for going to a bowl.

Still, I just don't know if I can take them, they suck.

What's the word on Oregon going into this? I have no idea. Do they want to win by 100 or something? Somebody said they'll be sitting guys earlier? Really???

That line was at 70.5 this morning. Yikes. I stayed away from the total but have a carryover teaser with niu. They are the better team and just need to play their game. The Huskies could easily win this by double digits. might make a play on the adjusted spread.

I ended up betting 7,000,000 units on the under.Ok I did one unit last minute. So long as the 2h isn't more then 30.5 I think I'm playing for a middle.

Well, that sucks, I just woke up. Couldn't sleep at all last night and my body finally just crashed on me I guess.

Anyway, missed both games so if anybody has any halftime ideas, let 'er rip.

Oregon is now -15, total's at 33 1/2 now.

Play Oregon and the Over if you can't bet the team total. They score 24, you can't lose them both.

Oh yes I'm all, lit up again. Reversion to the mean tonight, 0-3. 10-6 in 4 days, we'll keep playing tomorrow and see how it goes. Ohio getting 3 1/2 helps a little.

John, been gambling for a bit, but relative noob to more serious handicapping. Normally just check a few stats and take a shot into the air based on gut feeling. I see accuscore is $49/mo, $399/yr. Worth it in your opinion over the long run? I'm interested to hear, I'm guessing you use it alot.

You are asking the wrong party honestly. I tail other people's plays most of the time - the only thing I feel I know a lick about is College BB and some baseball.However, judging from what I've seen from others - I guess my answer would be no. Lumpy may have a much better answer for you when he logs on later however or possibly GR - stick around

I have lots on Wyoming today. bcmnj87893 has the other side, however....

It's the battle for the Bronze Boot -- oldest rivalry in the west.

Both teams will show, obviously, although CSU definitely did NOT show last year. Only way a good Wyoming team doesn't beat us is if CSU plays their asses off for their coach today, who I think is gone regardless. CSUs AD was surprisingly ousted on Wednesday by boosters and was actually replaced by one. Not sure how that plays out today. If CSU gets down, I could see them folding.

All I know is Wyoming is a better team. Best they've been in awhile and they are fired up about that. CSU true frosh at QB...

CSU had a few late suspensions I just heard, too. Bad sign.

Just HOW bad is the weather in Stillwater? The total has gone from 74 to 68. At some point, there has to be some value on the over, no? Going by the online weather report, there are thunderstorms now but it's supposed to be clear by game time.
