Why do you like the Blackhawks? Just wondering.

I know they have been horrible on the road lately but have been playing better last 5 games. Kings have a hard time scoring and Chicago has a nice recent history against them. I probably read into trends too much but at plus money I like them here.

kind of a high number, but Lavy ripped into the boys after the game against Edmonton, saying their effort was poor, etc. I could see 15 or so shots in the first, and them have a big second too since the 2nd period was the big letdown when they played Edmonton

If you are interested in the Ducks (-120) I would get them now, this is likely to move higher.

I haven't been able to crack the chalk parlay code yet, but will try again tomorrow with Pens/Devils/Sens among other plays.

Yes'ir, we are in empty net territory at the end of the 2nd period, that's exactly where we want to be.

Yes'ir, we are in empty net territory at the end of the 2nd period, that's exactly where we want to be.

Well, i would rather see the Flyers get 2 goals to win it, but the empty netter is fine too. The best with the over in the Flyers games is we Ilya will keep us in it.

This game is Miami's season. It's unfortunate for them that the opponent is Florida State, who are absolutely a part of the conversation involving Duke and North Carolina as who's the best team in the ACC.

went 3-0-1 yesterday to hopefully turn things around a bit.

doesn't pay out that great, but I'm on the following parlay so far for today:

(1U to win 1.35U)

Devils (-230) over Lightning

and Ducks (-150) over Blackhawks

Devils have been playing great and should bounce back after a loss to the Canucks. Tampa playing their 3rd road game in 4 days after traveling from Winnipeg and Pittsburgh. Devils have only played once in the past 4 days so they should be rested. Not sure it matters but it looks like Tampa is also 1-8 in their last 9 games in NJ.

As DrD mentioned, line in the Ducks game opened around -120 and keeps moving. I should have played this last night but don't usually bet the night before. Ducks have been playing great and finally get a home game after a long 8-game road trip all over the country. Chicago lost 2 in a row, has no PP, and isn't too scary without Toews in the lineup.

Columbus might be a decent value play against Thiessen given where the lines are. Tough to back them though.I think I like Ottawa with Lehner too. Definitely not his first NHL start.EDIT: Put a small parlay on Columbus (+230) and Ottawa (-135).
