FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (4 Viewers)

Oh... I may have issues.

I can't watch any of the games right now, but have 1u on Utah 2H +1.5 and 1u on Oregon St 2H -4
Get back to me when you're outside on a beautiful day, and madly hitting refresh on your phone during the dying moments of Paris St. Germain/AS Nancy.
:goodposting: In class, junior year of college....following a finnish hockey over on their "gamecast". Only word on the gamecast I understood was goal

Any weather info from locals? Looks like very good chance of rain in CLE, NYJ, PHI, PIT...but only Wind over 15 MPH is in CLE. Anyone have anything else on Hurricane Sandy?

SD on the road out of their division off a bye week. Yet the line opened at -2.5

You know damn well all of America is betting on them. Is TRich playing today? Cleveland has a good pass D.

Just hit the Browns hard. Some very late money has come in on them. Not sure what that means, but I'll guess it's sharp money to make me feel better.

Wong teasers train of ATL/SEA/MIA/CHI and added NE although not technically a WONG RR by 3 - 10 wagers in all - along with all 5 together and added CLE +9 paying 7 to 1.

Bender - I also really like CLE today. Richardson is supposed to go. It is very windy here and wet and nasty. That is not going to help SD's arial attack coming in from So. Cal. They are talking on the radio as most of SD's roster has never played in conditions like this ( True or not, I have no idea - I figure not their entire roster went to PAC 10 schools). Also, SD has a divisional game on deck with KC, so you never know where the focus may be coming out of the bye. CLE +3

Wash +5 - PIT may get a W here but I really like RGIII in this spot. Pitt is not particularly quick on D, is banged up on both sides of the ball. Wash has enough speed to be able to exploit Pitt IMHO. The field may be in pretty bad shape today I understand which would negate some of Wash's speed advantage, but I still like Wash in this spot.

NYG -1 - RB has this while everyone else seems to be a point or two higher. Dallas has no Murray and Jones is banged up - but is going to try to go. Dall outplayed BAL last time out and still found a way to lose. I think the Gmen get it done here as the MOMENTUM they had last year seems to have just continued.

GLTA

AB

PS - Wanted to join everyone on SF for the WS but figured SF would lose game 1 and I would get better odds :wall:

Posted this in the college football thread, but I trust you guys as much as anyone......

I have a contract with the orange bowl committee that allows me to buy a pair of tickets to the national Championship game so long as the team I bought contracts for make the game.

At this point I have Oregon, Notre Dame And K-State (And USC, not that that matters).

So my question is two fold. 1. One of these teams has to make the game right? 2. If Bama does lose somehow and two of these three teams go undefeated does the NC game get played "SECless".

Yes, one of those three should go. If Notre Dame goes undefeated or is tied with two others with one loss, they will be in the NC game, no matter who they have to leap-frog. I don't see Bama losing.

I kinda like the Skins +4.5 today. PIT is banged up on both sides of the ball and while yes, they are tough at home, I think the Redskins have the firepower to keep this close and possibly even win it.

I hope its just indigestion or some other crap, but I have a bad feeling about the Bears today. Already committed in a few ML parlays and teasers.

I want to know what happens when all three are undefeated. I get why K-State would get passed over. The best win would be Ok and ND just beat them as well plus no conference championship game. But if ND runs the table AND Oregon runs the table..... that's going to be a S show. Esp where Ducks would have beat Ore St, USC X2 (propbably) and Stanford the rest of the way.

Not much for sides today, don't care for the card:

Eagles -1

Steelers -4 1/2

I teased (7 pt) all of these teams with each other:

Pats PK

Colts +10 1/2

Sea +10

Mia +8

Bears -2

Oak +8

Dal +10

SF PK

also 8 team tease (7)

NE PK

Sea +8

Mia +8

Chi -2

Oak +8

SF PK

Indy +10 1/2

Pitt +3

and 7 team tease (7)

Indy +10 1/2

NE PK

Sea +8

Mia +8

Pitt +2 1/2

NYG +5

SF PK

ND and ORE both undefeated would be a perfect storm and more ammo for a pure playoff. I think that there would be strong possibility that ND gets the nod, which would be screwing ORE over bigtime, but ND has too much of a national following. Besides, how long has it been since the Irish were relevant?

Just started the grill. Brought home a .77 lb Kobe NY strip. It was $23.08. Never had one before.

Salt & pepper?
A few pinches of sea salt only if you have it.
Thanks homie. I'm excited.
If you happen to have some red bell peppers onions to fry up with it, that's a little slice of heaven.
Both are delightful. :)

There was a feeding frenzy on Matt Ryan Under yards this AM. Went from 290 all the way down to high 260's. The books going to clean up so long as they dont go victory formation the rest of the game.

Last year me and GR put 1k down on a Cal v USC NCAAB that wasn't televised and sweated it out in the ESPN chatroom. Cal was giving 21.5 but covered easily.
