Can anyone remember another time when a #3 seed was only a 3-point favorite over the #14 seed, as Marquette is over Davidson?
By contrast, #3 Florida is favored by 20.5 over #14 Northwestern State.

Had it picked as an upset in my brackets before I saw the line...ML isn't as attractive as I had hoped though. Will be on Davidson on way or another tomorrow though (or Friday...whenever the hell the game is)

That LIU loss was disgusting, but we'll get it all back on Friday. LIU lost that game more than JMU won it, and Indiana could beat the Dukes by 20+...

One last one prior to the 10PM's: I just don't see how Charleston-Southern is getting 12 points to Southern Miss, and I like So. Miss. The Golden Eagles Tourney resume was so shallow, that their only ticket to the Dance was to meet, and beat Memphis in the final. For the 3rd time this season, Memphis defeated them by double-digits, and that was that. CSU is another #1 Seed who lost their Title Game, and were denied entry. They are why Godawful Liberty is in the Tournament. They have a dynamic duo in Saah Nimley and Arlen Harper, they have a Tournament Caliber defense, and plenty of offense as well. I have to think that Southern Miss has to be more disappointed they are not dancing than CSU. CSU kinda had to know their fate even if they made it, they weren't going to last very long. Southern Miss, OTOH had hopes of making some noise, although there was a clear gap between Memphis and everyone else in the C-USA this season, I think...I'll take the 12 points for 1u.
I put 1u on Wisc-GB. Waiting on Detroit, but will play it, possibly ML. Also going to play High Point later, just want to think more about how much.

I have not understood it when I see ppl take halftime spreads that do not equate any better and sometimes much worse than the full game spread that was offered before the game.
