FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (10 Viewers)

Question for the audience: If you were first row behind home plate for an MLB game and on TV for every pitch, what's the best possible schtick that could be invoked during the game without getting thrown out?

Just chugging a beer right before the windup begins at least once an inning is first thought for me, albeit weak sauce to an extent.

Ortiz isn't in the lineup for Boston. He is only 2-16 (.125) lifetime against Wilson but he doubled off him last game.

Boston's lineup v Wilson is .291 AVG / .430 OBP / .489 SLG / .919 OPS (86 AB)
Angels' lineup v Doubront is .281 AVG /.375 OBP /.469 SLG /.844 OPS (32 AB) link

Who can beat my Saturday?

I gotta get up at 8am to go to a funeral most of the day. Oh, it will be 94 degrees and I'm in a black suit.

Go ahead and laugh. I can take it.

Nah man, no laughs at all. Gotta be there for the family/friend you lost, good man. Just a thing you have to do, and do without thinking twice about it.

It's a GB's dad. He'd be there for me. In fact, he already has. :(

What's your favorite funeral-themed porn?
I've never rubbed to funeral-themed porn as far as you know.
Maybe not funeral themed, but, I could see a "What's your favorite (Insert Theme) pr0n scene? Expound upon scene, whilst keeping board decorum" stand-alone/Wheelhouse entry having definite legs. I think keeping decorum would make it even funnier, force you to get a little creative.

Is your GB last name Peeps by any chance?
My favorite line from that episode:

Tony S. "Turns out a witness got a look at the guy who did Joey Peeps. He's got a limp."

Tony B. "Hmmm. Long John Silver, maybe."

The website I used for hockey props just posted Georgia +1800 to win the NC. Hit it for $300.

If anyone sees a good price on Texas A&M I'd be interested.

Still primed for UFC Saturday.
riding

Silva -235

Leben +135

Baczynski -270

Herman +195

probably more. I have a parlay or 2 in with Pierce and Barbosa too
Gracie/Kennedy o2.5 is between -180 and -200 among different shops online, with the best price -180 at BOL up from -150 when it came out.

Boetsch/Munoz u2.5 dropped from 125 to 115 at RB since last night.

I'm looking at those. And Swanson. And do you think Edgar goes the distance?

Degen Nascar plays. Been lucky the last couple of weeks. Tread lightly, not feeling strong about these.

Tony Stewart 10/1 30/300

JJ 10/1 20/200

props to win 1 unit

Stewart under 12.5 -115

JJ under 9.5 -115

matchups 1/2 unit each

Stewart over Gordon -115

Stewart over Kahne -115

JJ over Jr. -110

Logano over Mac -115

Speed row2 1 unit to win 240 (perhaps best play of day)

Stewart +240 over keselowski, edwards, jr, danica

Speed row 3

Gordon +275 1/2 unit to win 137.50 over montoya, kurt, waltrip, truex.

i think if Gracie/Kennedy goes the distance it is because Tim will win, but Roger can tap him so that over/under is one i don't have a strong feel for. Same idea with Boetsch/Munoz. Only over/unders i played with leben/Craig under -120 and Silva/Weidmann ov -120

BetUS challenge:

$44/$35 MLS NE Revolution -125

and sorry this already started but you can root for me!

$35/$35 SD/Was yes score 1st inn

Balance: $390

social commentary: despicable me 2 is a solid sequel

I had a scare last night when I was sleeping. Something woke me up, and I felt stabbing pains in my chest right behind the manubrium, which is the upper part of the sternum just below the clavicle. I almost called 9-1-1 because I legit thought I was having a heart attack. I couldn't move my arms or twist one inch without it feeling like I was getting stabbed by a knife. Freaked me out, especially because the pain was right near the heart.

Inched my way to the computer to do research, and found out that it was most likely muscular. If you can "repeat the pain", meaning, if you can cause the pain to happen again by moving a certain way, it's not a heart attack. A heart attack will happen even if you remain perfectly still, but this pain stopped when I stopped moving.

Anyhoo, took a few Ibuprofen which is a NSAID, and the pain went away after sleeping a couple of hours.

Anyone ever experienced this? Scary as hell when you aren't expecting it.

No but I'd crap my pants if it did.

Swanson line already seemed low, yet Siver is still getting the $$. Siver is down to 167 from 200 last night (@ 5D).
I like Swanson here, but Siver has looked good since moving down. I think it will be close, but Swanson should win it. He'll follow a similar gameplan as Cowboy did

Going with a grass fed ribeye tonight (rubbed it with EVOO, S&P, garlic powder and crushed red pepper...I think the wife used up my cayenne for some holistic bug spray or something)

Grilling that up along with some sliced potatoes and onions and then some asparagus and Brussels both in some foil pouches

Washing it down with a Detroit Brewing Company radler

Oh and chicken breasts for the wife

Beautiful.Love me a cajun rub on steaks. Emeril makes a great one, believe it or not.

P.S. Mix in some red peppers with that and you can pretty much die happy.

Turns out I weigh 6 tons and tend to like what's not good for me, but I can't get down with grass fed beef. Give me some high carb corn fed moo any day if the week.

Too bad because Florida is the grass fed capital of the world.

Edit: I also just like plain old Montreal seasoning.

I had a coupon for $1 off at Kroger

Just got home. Oof.
yeah, not happy starting the card that way. I see some of the lines have moved a lot. Think i will grab Parke at -140 and will probably get on Swanson at -185 too. I worry why the Parke line dropped so much
Dude, Bazinski was going for -350 at some shops. F it - moving on.

Ok. Just bought Herman at 145. Let's go for it.
Ugh that's a shame. He was +195 last night, I have no idea why that line swung so much either, but i am hoping following the money on that one is the right call
