FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (3 Viewers)

Leans for CFB. Chalkys. NIU prohibitive over Akron -23. Bama -28 over Kentucky. Waiting for a Auburn/W.Carolna spread. Doggies. Indiana +9.5, Pitt +9.5 and Northwestern +10. Probably throw in with the cover darlings Ducks and Bears.
I saw Auburn -43.5 FWIW
Saw that at5dimes and 43 another place. Was hoping for a 35-38. 5 touches and a field goal. looking at 6 and a field goal. Still probably worthy as this could be 56-0.

You know you are out of shape when you can stop eating like a jerk for four days and walk 2 miles a day and lose 8 lbs.

From Phil Steele, on a live Cleveland sports show. Missed a couple of them

Louisville by over 3 td's

LSU by over 1 td

Kansas State + the points

Wisconsin by 2 td's

Oregon by about 10 points

Penn State to beat Michigan

NFL coming

Winners-

Green Bay

KC

NYJets

Saints

Houston BIG

Detroit if Calvin is near 100%

Updating my earlier post, to clarify, I mentioned that the SDSU Coach formerly was the DC and HC of New Mexico prior to coming to SDSU, and that New Mexico is a conference rival of Air Force, so he knows their run-heavy option attack and has defended it in the past, and defended it well. Well, that only goes so far. I forgot to mention that, in relation to this info, SDSU itself is defending the run very well so far this season overall, so in terms of considering how much, not if, to bet on the Aztecs, there are two contributing factors. The only thing holding me back from pounding this is that it's a road game for the Aztecs, but I'll still play them for sure at some point, would love it to move down to -3.

I took Bears / Giants under 48. I think this game is going to be tight and can't see both teams scoring more than 3 Touchdowns and a Field Goal a piece.

NY Giants +9
yeah, this line has moved quite a bit. i see CHI -9.5 -115 at RB. I like Chicago quite a bit tonight, this is the same NYG team that lost by 2 TDs to the Eagles last Sunday, and we have the Bears coming off a loss and getting a shot on national TV.

Bet or no bet? Credit is not a factor. What would you risk, $0-$2500?

What would i risk, or what would you big boys risk? I think he can avoid a big injury. Figure who else is in the picture? Let's say Peyton is pedestrian over the last month of the season, will a surge by another team off-set him? And if you can get the line all year, is it better to wait a bit or grab it now?

I'd say risking $1000-$1250 makes sense.

I'd like to bet the bears tonight, but since Meldon has been injured, the OL has sucked. Without checking actual stats, i think Cutler was sacked like twice in the 3 victories, with a handful of hurries. Since Meldon went down in two losses, Cutler looks like crap, been hurried and sacked at least double the amount of times. and run game has stagnated. Maybe the Giants are the cure all for Bears tonight. Our defense is a little sloppy and need to get some more turnovers.

Over for a dime!

TY
Yeah, not to pile on here, but i think the over is the way to go. i got 47 so it was easier to make the call. I believe the Giants first 5 opponents have all scored over 31 points. i think the Thursday night under trend was kicked last week and this goes over too

Eli with 5 picks in last 7 possessions? Has to be some sort of record. Maybe hes going for Vinny Testaverdes record against the bears. I'm pretty sure he threw 6 against us one game, including a couple of pick sixes.

I took under 3.5 1st 5 in baseball....this is so weird, playing an under...like using the other hand in the shower.
I have two kids now, and our den/office has been converted into a bedroom. (We're planning on moving to a 4 br in the next couple years)

The shower is really the last refuge, isn't it? :oldunsure:

2014? Meaning next season?
I spoke with customer service before putting in the bet. It is for this season. Made them put it in writing. "Hi, yes the bet is for this season, but the title says "2014 Regular Season" because this season ends on 2014. Superbowl is on February 2014. Thanks!"

I'd be awfully tempted to empty my account on it. I think the only thing in your way is injury.

I would bet the absolute maximum I could afford to lose. Anything could happen...but he doesn't get hit a lot which lessens injury risk (although I just f'd that up by mentioning it) and otherwise I can't see someone taking it from him.
