I nailed the re-wiring from scratch of two of these suckers out of 5 needing re-work tonight and was on a roll (I painted (first time) with my pops my apartment about 6 years ago, right over a few outlets - finally decided to get this done). Got tired/sloppy...missed a key circuit on the board. Just a jolt, but pretty "come to God" moment in my life. Might just defer this one to a pro, as I went through two duplex outlets re-wiring this particularly nasty outlet. I think this is past me and is something with the wiring, and am ready to call in the bullpen for this particular outlet.

ETA: Also got a small slice on my opposite hand from my scraping knife. Good times.

When DIY Goes Wrong

Reality TV gold, I can't even begin to imagine how entertaining this would have been on video, between my cursing, and getting a cut/shock after I cruised through two outlets and started getting "comfortable."

I suppose logic would dictate going right back to the Edmonton fade tonight. Anaheim is as good, if not better than San Jose and the Oilers will be on a B2B. But I'm not sure my heart could take another big bet at -300, especially with the offensive talent EDM has.

Thanks, but I'm not gonna sit here chest-pounding like Steve Stevens because a -300 chalk squeaked out a win at home against a putrid team. :lol: But I am pretty proud of the over hit. Had it in a parlay and twice flat. Could not understand why the o5.5 was even (and the over was +110 an hour before game time). :crazy:

Edmonton has no defense, the Sharks shoot a ton and Niemi has been... not great lately. The people who kept hammering the under had to be sick. It was done in the 2nd period.

So, ummm.... baseball in 15 minutes! :popcorn:

 
You know how casinos will accept checks and then they'll give you gaming chips? Any chance Foxwoods would accept a check from Sportsbook? Grab $2,500 in chips, sit at a $10 BJ table for a half hour or so in case they are watching, then leave with the cash without having to deposit another check into your own bank account.

Would that work? :shrug:

It might be a little dicey, being drawn from a Singapore bank. (Or was Singapore from Bovada? One was Canada, I think.)

 
The Blake Griffin injury really sucks. Because since Dec 1 the Clippers O/U is 8-1-1 when they are lined as the dog. And they are 5-2 SU and 6-1 ATS as the dog this season w/ at least one day of rest.

These two teams have played seven times since 2012 and the average line has been Clippers -8.9. The Clips were laying four points at the Suns back on Mar 4. This is the first time since the 2011 season the Clips have been underdogs to the Suns. And it's only the fourth time the Suns have given points to a winning team this season. The Suns went 3-0 SU and ATS as the favorite against winning teams so far this season.
