FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (4 Viewers)

My inlaws are very nice but frugal people. Mainly because they have been retired for many years and are now on social security without a nest egg to draw on. Not a big deal, it is what it is.

They have been visiting the past two weeks and every time we went out to eat or I took them to the store for something they wanted I picked up the tab. Again not that big a deal but literaly every time. About a week ago my FIL says they want to go out to a steak Resturaunt rosy thank you. So yesterday afternoon my wife makes a reservation.... Then shows the menu to MIL and says no becuase "A steak starts at $37 and that's crazy". She looks up a few more and every time it's the same thing. So after 15 min of frustration I say "let's just go to outback". My MIL gets a prime rib. My FIL gets the prime rib and lobster. My wife and I split an Alice springs chicken (I had stomach surgery, so not a big deal).

Check comes and my FIL says "want to flip for it". Then after about 5-10 sec of uncomfortable silence says "thanks how much is it so I can leave the top".

Merry Christmas!

The worst part about it is you can hear a pin drop in here right now. My wife is furious... Already asked me to take them to the airport tomorrow three times because she is so pissed.
You should get your father in law into gambling. Make some money and he will be splitting the bill in a month or so.

:lmao:

####### family, they never cease to amaze.

Any good reason why Oregon and FSU shouldn't go over 72? The Ducks should be able to do whatever they damn well please on offense, which means Jameis & Co. will have to keep pace, which they are more than capable of doing.

I have Maryland and then the over as borderline plays.

Anyone like either of those? Total has fallen three points since post and Maryland games have gone over 45 points against all six bowl teams they played. Maybe the over is the least evil of these ####ty choices.

But again, this isn't the Stanford from recent years. They aren't very good either.
grabbed maryland also wont be able to watch the first half but should get the 2nd in

I've really racked my brain on this. I think for FSU to have a shot to win they need to keep Oregon into the low 40s. FSU will try to limit possessions...but even if Oregon got 12 drives with 5 TD, 3 FG and 4 punts that's still 44 points. Think FSU will score 28 or less?

Nope.

Ugh...Georgia is doing everything in their power to let Louisville back in this game and Louisville does not jack nor #### with it.

So what's the official late play? Surely we are due.

Louisville is outstanding at interceptions and getting the ball to Parker. I'm really shocked at how bad they are playing. I still think they'll cover.

Louisville had Will Gardner at QB and Michael Dyer at RB when they played FSU. Gardner went for 215 yards. The defense picked Jameis 3 times. They're a good team that's just missing a few good players, like most teams this time of year I suppose. But i'm all like #### you Petrino for taking Bolin out in the 1st half....he was 5 for 10 with a TD and decent rhythm when he pulled him for that other guy, who promptly tossed the pick.

Stanford -3 1Q

Longest TD in game o45.5
I'm intrigued...care to elaborate?
I just dont think Maryland is that good.

I can see them losing this in a 38-13 type of game

I can see them getting out early and the 45 is more of just a toss up
playing 11 miles from campus.

PAC12 is 3-0 and I doubt they want to be first to lose

MD has been crushed by good teams.

I'm already on Maryland in the confidence pool so might as well double down. Also, fading B1G faders imo.

Maryland +14 .for 1 unit
Go Stanford!!! :lmao:
louisville not covering hurts me here. had like 30 on this game. didn't account for the QB sucking balls. we move on.
