Ahman Green is out today for Green Bay...while I love Najeh Davenport coming off the bench, the fact is the Packers are 0-4 and looked their best when Favre was zipping it all over the place. I think Green bay will pass more today. What does this have to do with Stalworth you ask? I'm getting to that.If Green Bay passes more today which they will, this equates into more time of possession which translates into opps for Brooks and a Horn-Less offense which will equate into probably a minimum of 8-10 Donte Stallworth Targets. He burned a lot of owners in week 3 at MN, so some owners may be leary of playing him. Here are 8-10 players who are being ranked around him this week.C.ChambersS.MossR.SmithJ.GallowayD.BranchB.LLoydKevin CurtisA.JohnsonM.MuhammedT.GlennR.FergusonI like Stallworth better than all those plays this week. Way to build my self esteem. I'm starting 6 of those guys on my various fantasy teams and I don't have Stallworth. If I had him I would be leary to start him though( even though I agree with your analysis). because he burns me every time I count on him.

Thunderlips, I doubt your self esteem is bruised. Still love that avatar/log-in.

I was back and forth between starting Stallworth or S. Moss as my 3rd WR this week. Decided on starting Stallworth for the same reason. Davenport hasn't hit 3 yards per carry yet this year. That GB line is HORRIBLE. So they are going to be throwing a lot, which will slow down the game. More balls for Stallworth. I do think S. Moss is a good start too for the record...

i'd DEFINITELY go Stallworth from that group. Not even close IMO. Skins D is VERY solid, and Lewis is like the 5th option in that offense...

I'm considering starting Stallworth over J.Smith or R.Wayne... :bag: Stallworth... Please go away already. I almost waived this chump 2 weeks ago! :wall:

ALRIGHT ALRIGHT!!! Last chance Stallworth, Im sitting Santana Moss for you!:crossfingers:(BTW, it's a flex spot)

Deuce will be effective, which will open up play action.Stallworth had 11 targets last week when Horn was out, and he caught 8 for 129.

It's funny how they just figured out now that Tice letting Moss get away with all of his BS last season may have been a bit of a problem and a reflection of his worthlessness as a head coach.

Gee, ya think?
With Horn out this week, Stallworth is a no brainer.
He's capable of being a #1 WR? Will he be doubled?
He racked up 120+ yards last week .... althought a TD or two would have been nice too :football:

This is the same guy who had a ZERO pt week in a great matchup vs Minny. He also has this Brooks fellow as his QB.

If there's ever a game where Stallworth will disappoint, it likely will be this week

amen brother. I've had him in a dynasty league since his rookie year and every week that he looks like a good start, he sucks. when he looks like an obvious sit, he goes off. I'm playing him AGAIN this week so he'll probably lay the egg.

With an inevitable shootout against GB, and Horn out, Stallworth's value should be pretty high today. High scoring affair before, but even more now...

Could this post have been wrong in more ways?

Anyone who started Stallworth (me included  ) obviously forgot to take in to account the Saints rule of ultimate disappointment. Whenever you seem to have a great matchup involving a Saints player, they perform completely contrary to my expectations.Maybe with a 50 point deficit in the first half Donte will see some action in half 2.

I can't watch the game but this NO team is completely gutless on the road. I should have known better.

:bag: :bag: :bag: :bag: :bag: This is a 5 bagger. What a gutless performance. I figured Green bay would win, I never thought Stallworth would blank again. I traded Brooks a couple weeks ago...Stallworth next...gutless POS!

Good Call! It seems like every time I check one of your posts its filled with BS, opinions, and eventually wrong advice. IMO shut it. See how easy that is.."IMO" You need to use that acronym more often-like in every post :boxing:

Make sure you do a search before you blast your tool meter thru the roof. I get some wrong like anyone including FBG...everything pointed to a good game for Stallworth. Do you have a personal vendetta towards me or something. I can't wait to run a search and see what you have contributed to the Shark Pool. There's no pee-ing in the SHark Pool, guess you missed the memo.

Damn, some of you guys are absolutely classless. MOP gave advice based on sound reasoning and it happened to be wrong. Don't blame him because you don't have the smarts to choose your own starting lineup.Losers.

MOP:

what fantasy site you write for again?
Hmmmm, we could bump my pre season threads and see if any of those were good or bad...c'mon BD a lot of people have now been burnt by Stallworth twice now...what do you want?

Hey ... this is why we play the gamesStallworth had more of a chance to be spectacular the the uncharastic performance we saw todayThat should teach ya a lesson ... don't put all your eggs in one basket. I had stallworth ina few leages and in games where I didnt need to generate a ton of points I started him, and in others I didntThis way if he does well, I benefit, if he does not do well ... then at least I didnt bet my bankroll on him. Chances are, if you lost it is not becuase of Stallworth or becuase of this advice ... but it becuase you had the inferior team and now, convienently you have someone to blame other then yourself (althought it lacks credibility)
