I'm curious as to the constitutionality of that. With him having exhausted his two terms. Honestly don't know.

Hillary is a lock to win folks. First off, Obama has done two things that override all. 1. Obamacare has now insured more Americans than ever in history. So any Republican will have to overcome losing 50% of the voters should he take the stance of overturning AHCA. 2. Immigration reform. You go against it, you just lost the Hispanic vote that is very powerful in the western states and you have to have California, New Mexico and Texas.

Many will give Obama a pass due to the Wall street collapse. Anyone that has any economic education at all knows that there is little any President could do to avoid dept skyrocketing as a result of having to bail the economy. Truth is we aren't out of the woods by any means. Tea Party has proven to be a joke so any candidate that has that party hung around their neck has no chance. Republicans are in shambles due to the bickering and foolish end fighting so they have no one strong enough to beat Hillary. Nobody has the experience nor the power and most importantly the warchest that the Clintons have. Not even close. This is going to be a billion dollar campaign year and if you can't raise a billion and have friends in very very high places, you have no chance. The only thing that can beat Hillary is Hillary. She has far to much owed in powerful places, and has been vetted like no other politician. There will be no dirt that people haven't already heard before. If Hillary has the energy she wins pulling away. No chance the middle to lower class will chance losing Healthcare and the Hispanic vote is gone due to migration reform. Obama did one hell of a job hanging mines around Republicans necks. He is one very very smart president and knows his way around politics. He has proven to be a Elephant sized Chicago politician. Boxing Republicans in with two mammoth sized obstacles on their road to the White House. They will have to convince middle and low income America AND minorities that they will be moderate and not try to overturn AHCA which won't sit well with their Conservative base, thus isolating them from contention. All republicans are Rommneyites, or so far out of touch with middle and mainstream America that they can't get enough votes from conservative to moderate democrats, woman and minorities. The wild card is the Gay movement. Republicans have no chance of getting the gay vote and can't come off stringently anti gay in today's climate either. Way too many land mines to navigate for even the best statesmen and there aren't but a few with the money, power, creativity, credibility, stamina and Teflon skin to pull it off. In fact, I can't think of one.

Hillary will win and it won't even be close! Overcoming Hillary's notoriety is going to be a HUGE obstacle and they haven't even started to debate politics yet. Not to mention her experience, which is so over the top ridiculous also. You just can't overcome what she can do to you, knowing so many ways to upend you and so many people to help do you in. This would be a great time for a republican masquerading as an independent but they just won't have the money to pull it off nor the experience to prove they can manage the government better than Hillary. You just can't underestimate the Power that Bill and Hillary can wield between the two of them. Perhaps the most powerful couple in America. Basically, they are safe. You know what you're going to get and it stable government with a people first mantra and a stiff foreign policy with sound fiscal sense. Slick Willy + Ma Hillary = knockout.

Yes, I think she would have won in 2008 had she gotten the nomination. It seemed less likely (and probably was) that this country would elect a black man rather than a woman.

However the problem was that Iraqi war vote, and no, we never forgave her for that at the time - mainly because the feeling was she did it not because of the false WMD crap, but because she was triangulating and if WMDs were actually discovered, the finger would be pointed at her if she voted against it. I never thought she truly believed it was the right thing to do, it was rather a decision made out of political expediency.

It always comes down the likability. Hillary isn't likable. She is cold and calculating. She is thin skinned and has a temper. That bursts through the facade whenever she is challenged. Give me a break. If you are in American Power politics you are a crook, a cheat, a liar and have shadiness coming out of every pore. You may not have been that way early on when the stakes weren't as high but once you go pro you end up owing too many people and pay back is your soul. Sadly, that is American Politics, rather Global politics. Being the most powerful country, in geographic location we are, provides us power that no other country will ever be able to match. We can out last anyone, anywhere due to our resources and ocean buffers. However, the games that must be played in the hard ball game of American Politics is nasty and there are no scar-less politicians. Simply put, follow the money.

Who ever funds the candidate gets the favor, it's that simple. If you want lower taxes for Corp and high income, Corp rule, Military Over funding, relaxed gun control, isolationist immigration laws, farm price supports funding, Wall street and financial deregulation, at the expense of the middle to lower classes, vote republican. If you want a more people oriented leader that favors "real" families, jobs, health, middle class, more balanced tax law, banking and financial regulation, entitlements funding, and stronger corp over site, vote democrat.

If you want to really change the balance of power and strike real change in America vote for the guy that cares little about party lines and takes a good hard look at what is right and good for the country regardless of sponsorship. Sadly, until we make some campaign spending reforms we will never see a grass roots guy that can really do good things and doesn't owe a bunch of sharks his loyalty before he even gets into office. The best thing we can do for ourselves as a Nation is to stop allowing only a few Super Rich and Powerful people to be able to run. There are a vast pool of very good and smart men and woman that never get to tell us their ideas for change before they have to sell out to a party or committee 4 to 8 years prior to running. By then they owe too much to make any real change. Obama was the first to actually go elephant hunting and bag one with AHCA. I was shocked he pulled it off and we are better for it as a nation. Healthy people are productive people.

Insurance companies have always had the Republicans in their pockets as they dig in ours. Follow the money folks. Just like venture capitalists that invest in companies. Those that invest in a particular candidate are the ones can expect and will get the benefits. Moreover, like venture capitalist, hey expect exorbitant ROIs. If you aren't a part of that group then don't expect to see much in the way of help or favor. It's really that simple. Many Republicans vote that way yet see very little reward for their vote. Like I said, we may never see another Conservative Republican elected to the White house again since the majority of America doesn't reflect conservative white male values anymore. In fact, if you can't get the Hispanic, Women and Minority vote now days, you have no shot. Republicans are going to have to reinvent themselves or join the Rush Limbaugh kooks and end up brushed aside, left behind and politically bankrupt. Worst thing that happened to the Republican party was the Tea Party splitting off and showing how to truly hobble around with their pants down around their ankles. If you want lower taxes for Corp and high income, Corp rule, Military Over funding, relaxed gun control, isolationist immigration laws, farm price supports funding, Wall street and financial deregulation, at the expense of the middle to lower classes, vote republican. If you want a more people oriented leader that favors "real" families, jobs, health, middle class, more balanced tax law, banking and financial regulation, entitlements funding, and stronger corp over site, vote democrat.

If you want to really change the balance of power and strike real change in America vote for the guy that cares little about party lines and takes a good hard look at what is right and good for the country regardless of sponsorship. Sadly, until we make some campaign spending reforms we will never see a grass roots guy that can really do good things and doesn't owe a bunch of sharks his loyalty before he even gets into office. Insurance companies have always had the Republicans in their pockets as they dig in ours. Follow the money folks. Just like venture capitalists that invest in companies. The only thing that beat Hillary in 08 was being a Woman. The Country was just not quite ready for a Woman President. One more decade had to pass to let another generation move in place. Obama didn't proposed a "single payer" system. There's a difference between that and "universal coverage". The dems were "afraid" his proposal would be seen as a backdoor to single payer and bailed on him. His original proposal was to have a mix of private and public group insurance plans with "consumer protections" and subsidies based on income.
