This is great. He nails the voices. But what takes this from good to awesome is the Lou Holtz impersonation.

What is amazing is I think he is doing those on the fly. So not only can the guy do the voices, he can nail the little improvisations that also fit with the characters.

I'm not sure how much of the 'gushing' was 'over-the-top.' The two Mikes know all those guys, some better than others so the voices and the comedy hit them closer. From what I can tell, they hadn't heard the Bob Ley before, so it may have caught them off guard.
