Here is the pecking order from the Jags official depth chart.

RB Fred Taylor, Alvin Pearman, Maurice Jones-Drew, LaBrandon Toefield

Here is the FBG depth chart.

RB Fred Taylor, Maurice Drew (KR/3RB), LaBrandon Toefield (SD), Alvin Pearman (PR), Montell Owens

I dont see Pearman getting picked up in any leagues but he is listed as the backup. Any opinion as to the most likely backup?

Maybe even Toefield

:help:

GB the internet.

Ourlads has the pecking order as FTaylor, LToefield, APearman, MJDrew

nfl.com has the pecking order as FTaylor, LToefield, APearman, MJDrew

jaguars.com has the pecking order as FTaylor, APearman, LToefield, MJDrew.

They agree that Taylor is #1 and MJDrew is #4.

Neither of the vet backups has ever really had the chance to show anything in a game. I've never heard of any team being interested in trading for LToefield. They don't have a high draft pick rookie just waiting for someone to #### up so he can take over.

However, SEC = SPEED, therefore LToefield is the backup IMO.

Seriously, I dunno so flip a coin. I'd place small wagers on Toefield being the immediate backup if Taylor is injured then MJDrew getting a shot if Toefield sucks as a starter.

I have it as Fred Taylor, Toefield, Wimbush (would play HB if needed), Drew with Pearman in on a lot of passing downs.
