And the Bucs don't have too many options. They can't trade him because no other team wants to pay his 2013 salary. (And besides that, why would any team want to take on a guy whose attitude is worse than Jeff George, Ryan Leaf and JaMarcus Russell combined??)

They can't cut him because then they would lose a compensatory draft pick.

They probably can't lock him out because he would file a grievance with the union.

So it looks like they'll continue having him come to practice every day, standing around doing nothing, and then deactivating him for every game.
