FWP updates? (1 Viewer)

I am really hoping FWP can play this week. Not because I own him, but because otherwise I'll be playing against Mewelde in two leagues. If FWP plays that really hurts my opponents' chances. If FWP practices or you get any updates on his injured knee please post! Thanks!!

For 2 reasons Im hoping FWP sits this week.

For one league, I need him back next week for Barber's bye while Bush is still out.

For the other, I have Moore and need him to play this week as I have Bush out and LT on a bye.

wonder how either FWP or Memo will fair against Washington. Luckily I heard Jason Taylor is out.

Judging by what happened last week, I htink it's way too early to tell what will hapen with FWP/Moore this week. Remember how FWP was held off the injury report and everyone thought he was good to go? Then Thursday and Friday he went backwards.....

Personally, I hope Moore gets another start. I'd like to roll with him instead of one of my mediocre WRs. Thanks Santonio!

Still going...

Thanks C-Bound!

As a Moore owner, I'm not upset by Tomlin's last sentence. "if he's capable of practicing tomorrow"?

Willie Parker was finally able to do something he hasn't done in more than a month: practice two days in a row.

Parker, a two-time Pro Bowl running back, went through a full workout again yesterday, and the Steelers are optimistic he will play Monday night against the Washington Redskins.

"He's smiling, finally," offensive coordinator Bruce Arians said after practice. "I've been waiting to see that. That's a telltale sign. When he started smiling, he was ready to go."

Offensive coordinator Bruce Arians said running back Willie Parker, who missed the past four games due to a knee injury, won't be rushed back into the lineup.

"He's not ready to play 50 plays," Arians said.

That's not a ringing endorsement for Parker - this week will pobably be just enough non-work for both backs, and just enough of a tough defensive battle, to make neither a good fantasy play.In PPR leagues, though, I think you can still play Mewelde Moore if you've been playing him recently.

Does he normally play 50 plays ?

FWP practicing and seeminly playing is good enough for me. That will cut into MeMo's production which is what I hoped for.
