FWP vs. Addai or trade down? (1 Viewer)

My league drafts sunday (12 team, no-ppr, some performance bonuses, 2 keepers/yr) and I have the 4th pick. Ive narrowed my choices down to FWP (Steeler fan) or Addai. I ruled out Gore (injury concerns), Alexander (age, going downhill imo), and Westbrook (injury concerns). There is a chance that LJ will fall, as FWP may go 3rd (someone trades up). I do have a good idea where each player will go in the 1st rd.

1) LT

2) SJax

3) LJ or FWP

4) FWP or Addai

5) Manning - slight chance of FWP (he is an 07 grad of U Tenn)

6) FWP or Addai. Maybe Gore

7) Westbrook (huge eagles fan)

8) Gore

9) Alexander

10) Henry

11) Rudi

12) Bush/Maroney (he is on the turn)

I would like to end up with FWP or Addai, but im cooling on the hometown guy. I see Addai potentially having a better year and future. I am really keeping my options open to moving up/down as I could make a deal where I win (these guys are guppies, more inexperienced in trading picks).

First, should I go Addai or FWP?

Second, any trades worth suggesting?
