That video was from one of the last days in August, it was just showing that they saw the van that day. I don't know.if that was near where the body was found or not.

If I was the father and I found him before the cops the things I'd do would be movie worthy of a Hollywood script. Can't even repeat what I'd do to the boyfriend here in risk of a suspension. What a scumbag.
Willing to bet BF got into money issues on gambling (Since it seems everyone is doing sports gambling) got in with the wrong people and Gabby found out or tried to leave. He freaked decided this vacation would try and get things better but was gonna kill her anyway.
It was either money or just an abusive BF

from the first link, there's a youtube link in the comments of the full go-pro video. At 1:34 as the car approaches the van, the back doors of the van which were open, close. (unfortunately under a bug splat on the windshield)
I'm watching on my laptop, so can't see that in depth or than the slot of shadow from the right side open door changing to all white of both closed doors- but didn't see anybody walking away... so maybe he/they closed it from the inside.

Van was spotted, apparently near where the body was found - in a field. Boyfriend has the van. Its not hard to put that puzzle together.

This thread is all about speculation. None of us are personally involved with Gabby or her family so what are you going on about? I think DJackson may have made the best post of the thread. It made me laugh and it set other people up for additional jokes.
edit: I forget who was concerned about the safety of Gabbie Carter. That one was good, too.

It's been on NYC's NYC only news channel, NY1...but her family is from Long Island, so there's a local angle I guess. Also been on national TV and newspaper news.

Van appears earlier. If you slow the video speed down, at 1:34 you can see a vertical shadow at the vans back doors disappear completely into all white. The right door closing.

the van shows up around 1:28... there's a vertical shadow (in the white- not an organic tree-limb shape) showing the right door open until about 1:34 when the vertical shadow disappears. I take that as the door closing. When the camera rolls by the van up close, the back doors are closed. But I didn't see anybody moving around or away from the van, which implies to me that somebody inside the van closes the door.
eta: and ftr, I got that from comments in the youtube... my patience and eye-sight isn't suited for this kind of sleuthing.

Missing and maybe alive (and now we have a better idea) is way different from dead and we have no evidence we can talk about. The authorities are working with the FBI on both cases. There's just nothing new to write about at the moment for the murdered couple. The two things are not the same. They don't require identical amounts of coverage in order to be covered adequately.
