Game of Thrones, tv only, books don't exist, no backstory...NERDS already ruining a series that hasn't started (1 Viewer)

So wait a second, is the fire witch lady just a disguise for the firecrotch girl Jon was ####### two seasons ago? How else did she know to say "You know nothing, Jon Snow"? Is she a faceless man (woman)?
I was wondering that too but will just assume she has some power to know that. Could be more to it. Loved the look on his face when she said it.
I completely missed that- no memory of wild-red even saying that.
You know nothing El Floppisimo

So I guess Varys tipped off Jorah on where Tyrion will be?
I think it was just a chance happening. Not sure what the benefit of Tyrion getting to Dany as a prisoner with Jorah vs willingly with Varys.
Because it seemingly helps Jorah which in turn might help Varys in the future.
I get Jorah was feeding Varys info, just doesn't seem like something Varys would do- pinning his hopes on someone that Dany is pissed at. He wants to get Dany and Tyrion together.
Isn't it more ridiculous to assume Varys and Jorah ended up in the same bar by chance?
Didn't Tyrion essentially drag Varys into the brothel?
Varys is one smart mother. He knew exactly where Tyrion would want to go after being in that box.
Upcoming scenes involving Varys,Tyrion and Dany should be fun.

id love to see Varys and Grey Worm swap stories

I can't wait for the conversations either, it should be telling. Dinklidge and Hill (Varys) are really great actors in my estimation. Clark really hasn't been challenged from an acting perspective. She has had some excellent scenes and "special moments" for sure.

Tyrion Lannister

You are Tyrion Lannister. You are strategic, knowledgeable and gregarious. You’re the boss everyone wants to report to since you’re always expensing catered lunches and after-work drinks. You’re also fair and compassionate. Your fresh perspective often goes against the grain, which doesn’t always win the respect of your peers or bosses at more traditional companies.

The only interesting person on Arya's list (Cersei) is probably going to die long before she has a chance to get to her. She's going through all this trouble to become an assassin and by the time she gets back everyone will already be dead.
Yea, it was funny because when she was in front of the House of Black and White going through her list I was thinking "Wow, the list has gotten real short and she only killed one person on it" + the other that would have been if she knew his name. She better get a move on or that list will be useless by another couple of episodes!
But in order to become a Faceless Man, she must become 'No One.' She must let go of Arya, meaning she needs to let go of her list.Having said that, the show writers are delivering Meryn Trant right to her, so I still think we're going to get that payoff.
Do you mean like she let go of her sword?
I think dude will bring up her not really letting needle go soon enough. Maybe even show up with it?

When she's trained and retrieves Needle to go on her mission of vengeance, the show runners should play The Needle and the Damage Done.

Speaking of Tywin.... Not so dumb question here.

Last season they call up the Mountain to fight the Viper. Viper stabs him he gets poisoned and dies. The new Hand/Doctor scoops him up does some work here and there adds some body parts and fluids and he is supposedly under the sheet in his office and will presumably a monster at some point in the future. A few days/weeks later Tywin catches two in the chest from his son. Nobody thinks to call the witch doctor and try and save him?

The Mountain didn't clearly die. Tywin did.

 This is what I'm waiting to see.

Poison was slow acting. He didn't die from his battle wounds. He was in the process of dying from the poison. Dr. Frankenstein thought he could get the poison out and save him.

Meh. This episode seems kind of weak. Stannis is marching south, and Jon is marching north. Besides that, were there any new developments?

The tension in the Reek-Ramsey scene was awesome.

Even the scene with Sansa Stark needed to be set up so we knew the lady wasn't just a Ramsey plant.

Stannis and Jon had a conversation that we didn't see. They are up to something that we don't know yet.
I was watching a choppy, ####ty stream, so I may have missed some stuff. I also have been drinking since I woke up from my nap at 230
The wildling leader told Jon he would need ships. Jon said he would talk to Stannis. He must have and we didn't see it because Stannis told him as he was leaving that he needed those ships back. Jon and Stannis have a pretty big plan up their sleeves I'm betting. And the girl playing Sansa is getting much better at facial expressions. Her smirk at the dinner table was priceless.

HBO is like $15 a month.

Just read an article that drops a MASSIVE bombshell that has not been brought up in the show at all...then the article says "spoilers ahead"....I don't know how certain the spoiler was because I stopped before they elaborated, but whatever you do, don't read the latest online GOT article in Forbes unless you're one of those book readers.

You can just pay for hbo streaming for whatever device you watch on.

Who would you rather your daughter marry, Joffrey or Ramsay Snow? Your daughter could be queen with Joffrey, but for how long would be a question. Chance to be queen of the north with Ramsay......

I'd love to take a moral stand on pirating a great show like this (and basically stealing money from the good and extremely talented people who put it together for our entertainment) but as a somewhat frequent user of illegally uploaded free porn, I don't really think I can.

We're 5 episodes in, and Tyrion still hasn't made it to Dany. Will he get there by the time the season ends?

No Cersei, no Jamie, no Arya. Not a satisfactory episode for me.

I liked the extended sequences and focus in the episode. Plus the direction was a lot better.

Hey last week was awesome and some of you guys dumped on it, dammit.

ok- caveat- I don't remember most of what's happened in previous season, and I don't pay attntion to names, history or geography.....

so the big dragon has crossed the sea? what's up with that?

and last week, I figured the kennel girl was going to be sansa's biggest problem- but maybe they're setting her up to be an ally, as Ramsay doesn't appear to be all blinded and in puppy-dog royal infatuation this week.
