stupid question, and i realize that the rules are opposing penalties offset, but why should a holding and a pass interference offset? nothing matters after the holding. if there is no interference, and the receiver catches the ball and takes it to the endzone, you still lose 10 yards.

I did just for fun...was eliminated from playoff contention last week (hurt by Warner not playing and starting Hasselbeck and his whopping 5 points)...so I benched him for Vince Young this week.Did not matter...I played the worst team in the league...so there was nothing affected.

Yes, that's exactly what happened. The very next pass was the one that softly floated over the middle. He was seen massaging his hand and testing it like Luke Skywalker.
