Game Thread PL1 - Dallas V Seattle (2 Viewers)

Not sure, but it looked to me like it got batted by a guy laying OOB.
No, Tatupu did a miracle. He caught the ball before it hit. He kept himself airborn and threw it back in bounds.
Hey, I was wrong by his big toe. That was very close to a miracle.
Yer right - it was VERY close to a miracle. :banned:I think he had to actually put his foot down or his face would plop into the turf with the ball about 4 feet in front of him.

That's not a bad outcome. Seattle gets two points and possession. Forget that it could have been a TD. It wasn't. They should be thrilled.
I'm not "thrilled" BGP. That was damn close to being a game tying TD.
Look at it this way. If you score, you still need another score to extend your season. After that sequence of events, you got your score AND the ball in great field postiion. And now you just scored a TD.

I guess maybe you shouldn't haven't challenged Gave them the safety lead!

And now, Parcells may need his kicker to win the game, if the offense can get them in position for an attempt. This ought to be good.

Hard to 2nd guess but would a tie game and the ball on a straight kick-off have been better for Dallas then a safety and a free kick? 8 point swing.

Stevens, I called it this morning knew he would step up.Now the defense needs to make their money. :football:
I called it in the Seahawks thread but man, two!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love Stevens and think he's underused. Come on D! Turnover!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Uh, they should have just let Julius Jones run into the end zone.

That would give Seatlle like 3 minutes to score a TD.

No. If they had no timeouts left, and there were under two minutes left, I would agree, but if they stop them from scoring a TD here, they will be down 2 with about 1:40 or so and the ball.
