Very off today...missing where he normally hits guys.Rodgers numbers look good but he has been off today.

For any normal QB his numbers look solid. For Rodgers, his numbers are bad. 60% completion is 13 pts below his season average. And he looks jumpy back there. Throws aren't on target. Not sharp.Rodgers numbers look good but he has been off today.
I don't see how that scenario will happen, given that the 49ers have a very easy schedule. If Tampa Bay finds a way to win this game, and the Packers clinch home field in a couple of weeks, would they rest Rodgers?
Now we know why the Pack is having trouble getting open - they're getting held. That was blatant.
Either way, the answer is no. Rodgers plays until the 2nd half of week 17, at worst. Especially if the Bears and Lions are still trying to get a playoff spot.I don't see how that scenario will happen, given that the 49ers have a very easy schedule. If Tampa Bay finds a way to win this game, and the Packers clinch home field in a couple of weeks, would they rest Rodgers?
Yes. The Packers want to sit Rodgers for weeks 16, 17 and the bye. Rodgers needs the rest.If Tampa Bay finds a way to win this game, and the Packers clinch home field in a couple of weeks, would they rest Rodgers?
Um, are you watching the game? It's been a mugfest this entire drive. Keep trolling though. Now we know why the Pack is having trouble getting open - they're getting held. That was blatant.Have you seen Charles Woodson/Tramon Williams play before
What am I trolling about?I am watching the game, however my point is almost EVERY DB has contact down the field. Complaining about it when you're team is up and undefeated on the year is funny. I can remember countless games where Bears WR's couldn't get separation and upon seeing replays it was the DB's grabing/holding etc. Complaining is a moot point considering how many of them do it.But you will just disregard me because of a team I cheer for because you can't have an in depth discussion. I think his receiving skills are underrated, it was his specialty at Buffalo.Starks is a beast. I think he factors in the offense a lot more going forward.
Do you think Jennings/Finley are still dinged?Packers Offense has been very off today. I suspect a lot of d coordinators will play the pack the same way as Tampa
You calling, anyone a homer is hilarious. What am I trolling about?I am watching the game, however my point is almost EVERY DB has contact down the field. in life. I bet you pat yourself on your back when "your" team wins, when in the end it's just a team we cheer for(we can pick any one of them).
A lot of cover 2, like the Bears. Leaves it open in the middle for Starks. Hopefully McCarthy is realizing that Starks needs to be fed more carries before he really gets rolling. No more of this timeshare stuff with Grant.Packers Offense has been very off today. I suspect a lot of d coordinators will play the pack the same way as Tampa
thought we had an agreement not to respond to each other? How dare I have a differing opinion than a Packers fanYou calling, anyone a homer is hilarious. What am I trolling about?I am watching the game, however my point is almost EVERY DB has contact down the field. Morris to his defense: "I know you can't stop their offense."Give Rodgers the ball at midfield. Great call.
Fair. Although I'm guessing McCarthy will take 35 pts most days.Packers Offense has been very off today. I suspect a lot of d coordinators will play the pack the same way as Tampa
You claimed you would not respond to me...you lied.He made acomment based on a drive with several penalties on Tampa. It was not a homer comment by him and you broight a bunch of irrelevant info to go after him.thought we had an agreement not to respond to each other? And let Jordy Nelson tear them apart?Packers Offense has been very off today. I suspect a lot of d coordinators will play the pack the same way as Tampa
Agreed, but it might be a moot point. Stark's injury looked ugly.A lot of cover 2, like the Bears. Leaves it open in the middle for Starks. Hopefully McCarthy is realizing that Starks needs to be fed more carries before he really gets rolling. No more of this timeshare stuff with Grant.
Per @packerreport - James Starks has a knee sprain and Jennings has a shin bruise or "something" ... McCarthy wasn't quite sure. Updates tomorrow.Didn't hear or read anything, but did Jennings get hurt? He only had 6 receiving yards.
Good question. Anyone watch the game and can give an answer?Didn't hear or read anything, but did Jennings get hurt? He only had 6 receiving yards.
Final play of the first half, he came up a little gimpy, no mention of injury on the broadcast. He was targeted several times in the second half, but no catches.Good question. Anyone watch the game and can give an answer?Didn't hear or read anything, but did Jennings get hurt? He only had 6 receiving yards.
