On that other angle I could of sworn I saw 1-2 feet OOB.......Must of been somebody elses feets.
No crap, I JUST said to my wife before they announced that, it seems like 10 years since we returned one.Wow, look at that, the 3 man rush actually got him down. Guess that means they will keep using it to death.Just heard that was the first Falcons kickoff return TD since 12-15-02. Been too long.
The throw was pretty sweet too.Heck of a catch by #18
not so sure about thatGRIMES!!! Clean this time. QB gets the flag for late hit!

ETA: OK, maybe not clean, going to be close

I think that was one of those where the original call was going to stand either way.Bad review imo. No stake, so don't really care.
If you need undisputable video evidence, they didn't have it on that one. Just like the 2nd TB INT and incompletion to Roddy that the ref used the words 'Stands' instead of confirmed. 5 challenges today, 1 reversed, 3 Stood as called, 1 confirmed as called.Instant replay is only good for the NFL to get another round of commercials in. Sure don't matter getting it right. Ball on the ground ball moves. A catch?
I don't think anyone is fooling themselves into thinking Atlanta is the end all be all of playoff teams, but I do think they can beat anyone at any time. That's just how the NFL is these days. Homefield and a bye is a big deal as well so that's what we're playing for.Just like I think they properly overturned the Roddy White non-catch, I thought they properly confirmed the INT by Grimes. Pereria should know what "indisputable" means at this point. If it was called incomplete, they would've kept it incomplete but I don't think there was indisputable evidence either way.Anyways, this is starting to become expected against Atl. They keep squeaking out wins but this isn't a SB quality team. Anyone who thinks it is is fooling themselves. They are pretty well balanced but Philly would torch them even in the Dome.
No need to laugh. It was the biggest game of their season.Lol at "it was the Bucs Super Bowl", as if they were some 2-win team playing the 95 Cowboys or something.
Falcons played one of their worst games on one of the worst field conditions I've ever seen (Having a college game the day before should be banned). This was the Bucs Super Bowl and the Falcons pulled out the victory, I like what I see in this team.
The Bucs played pretty bad as well. Aquib dropped and easy INT and Mike Williams also dropped a key 1st down. Quite a few penalties as well. This team is still young though so that's part of what you get with starting a ton of rookies.Falcons played one of their worst games on one of the worst field conditions I've ever seen (Having a college game the day before should be banned). What impressed me is that they had a game with a number of mistakes (which we haven't seen from them) and still overcame them to beat a playoff caliber team.
Yup and Falcons had a tough schedule this year as well with the strongest strength of schedule out of the current playoff caliber teams: http://espn.go.com/nfl/standings/_/type/pl...ank/order/falseFalcons played one of their worst games on one of the worst field conditions I've ever seen (Having a college game the day before should be banned).
