Game Thread W13 - Kansas City V Cleveland (1 Viewer)

Nice to see the Chiefs finally open up the running game.

It's sickening as a fan to watch them plow straight ahead time after time with 5 or 6 Browns DL at the line of scrimmage waiting for it.

A toss here and there, a little misdirection. GENIUS!

 
Chiefs are throwing it more than I thought they would, for sure. Green looks pretty sharp considering the shaky protection he's getting. 1 of his 2 incompletions should've been a relatively easy catch for 20+, to be honest.

Hopefully this opens a lane or two up for Johnson and the Chiefs can just run out the clock. This weather isn't kind when you hit the rock-solid ground.

 
I hate Herm Edwards... He has a top 2 Back and doesn't run his offense around him, he will get 15 touches one game and 35 the next. LJ should get 35 touches a week.

If he was in a offense like LT is, he would have HOF numbers like LT.

i'm watchin teh game... not much running room for LJ early.

Green had to open things up a bit. I expect more running room in the second half.

The got into the redzone 2 times... at the 20yd line, and both passes went deep to Tony G

Who cares? What about Winslow.
 
The Browns just have no interest in defending the pass, which is why you see the entire Browns front seven at the line of scrimmage half a second after the ball is snapped.

Green will continue to burn them until they play regular defense and not this "you can do anything to us but run" crap.

Not really. The defense just isn't playing like it normally does.That's why it's close; it has nothing to do with the offensive touches.

He's playing (or, at least, he was).He's just about the only Brown KC is covering very well. They're normally stout against #1 WRs but are letting the Browns wideouts get some seperation today.
