SPORTSLINE RUNNING LOG: Grossman is now the first Chicago quarterback in 73 games to throw for over 300 yards.ME: It's about FRIGGIN' time.
Does it count with OT?
No - overtime doesn't count towards a players stats. :hangover:
Not what I meant, guy. But ok.
I got it TB. I'm just happy as a "Gross Man" fantasy owner, I finally can say my QB had a "REXCELLENT" game without being sarcastic. Also, my backup quarterback, "Lost Man," tossed 3 TDs against the 'Fins today. And once again, the fantasy Gods have destined my Gunslingers for a berth in a Fantasy Championship GAME! It's Shat-Tastic! :D

why would you kick on first down? he'll probably still make it but just why kick on first down when he shanked the last one.

wow!!!TB is getting screwed... There was a hold on Hovanc on the pass play
Well, looked like there were two holds on TB's second down play in the endzone, on their last drive. And, that would have ended the game on the saftey. So I wouldn't exactly say they are getting screwed.Although, I'm not sure how they don't review that Davis catch.

Congratulations to the Bears and their fans - home field is huge!!!

And winning with all the adversity they've faced (Grossman, play calling, losing two DTs) - and scoring as much as they have the last two weeks - is impressive.

Congrats to all of you fans here on the board.

Very small thing, but at the end of the game the announcer said that the Bears clinched home field advantage for the playoffs for the first time ever.

I'm just wondering when the 85 Bears went 15-1, who went 16-0 to keep them from having home field throughout the playoffs that year?

Wow, I thought the exact same thing! Maybe Stockton meant to say something else but I can't think of what it would have been.
