Shades of the first game where the Ravens got out front and then had to stave off a Dalton-led comeback. And, also just like in the first game, Ratbirds are getting all the calls. Which is only just and right since they are paragons of virtue and the Bengals are, well, from Cincinnati.
Dalton and those receivers means that this one is far from over if they get a couple of breaks. If the pass rush breaks down, Baltimore's secondary can't handle those receivers if Dalton gets hot.

Bengals ever so slowly outplaying Baltimore and winning the field position battle a little bit at a time. This one could go very bad for the Ravens if they don't start moving the ball because I think it's pretty clear that Cincy has lost its fear of the defense.

They get in so it's moot, but that was absolutely horrible. Literally right in front of the ref. just stupid.

Just like in the first game, it seems like the Bengals (1) couldn't catch a break and (2) ran out of time. They were the stronger team in the second half and certainly deserve to be in the AFC playoffs as much as anyone.
