Game Thread W17 - St. Louis vs. Seattle (1 Viewer)

Also, if for any reason whatsoever you root for your team to not make the playoffs, you are an embarrassment of a fan and should go watch the WNBA exclusively.

while all of you Seattle folks are congregrated here during the game - one question (seriously):

what compelled the Seahawks organization to trade decent picks for Whitehurst when he had no NFL track record???

They thought he was the next Hasselbeck or Schaub, apparently

He has the QB body, and had good pre-season stats.

Russell, wait!
does Okung get hurt every other week???
feels like it. It's very hard to be a rookie LT and face so many good DEs and front designed to come right through you.I thought he and Trent Williams (Redskins T from OU, he from OKSt) both battled well this year. Feel like I can see they're going to be special someday just learning is all

I think Whitehurst looks pretty good. 5-6 incompletions that seem to loom large, but he's got a good percentage

if 90% of his completions weren't swing passes to the RB's, I'd be tempted to agree with you. The game plan is obviously quite ######ed for him.(I'm assuming if we use that word in the technical sense it flies)

Also, if you gambled on this game, you may have a problem. For people who don't live in either of the respective cities, I'd call it the apathy bowl.
