Game Thread W2 - Oakland V Buffalo (1 Viewer)

awesome 43-yard TD run by Fred Jackson

huge hole, but he made Giordano whiff downfield to get into the end zone.

Fred Jackson > DMC.

(lol, grasping at straws here to try to convince myself that Buffalo can still stay in this game)

Campbell doing well to cool off the Bills crowd by continually converting 3rd downs here - slowly killing any Bills momentum.

when does the short week/travel fatique set in for Oakland?Same old Bills.awful INT there.
guess 2nd half was the correct answer here.nice comeback. huge forced fumble by Barnett.solid drive by Fitz.

The Biils really need to shut down run DMC again so that they can shove Jackson down the Raiders' throat.

Let's go Dareus/Meatball!! Get it done!

BTW, gentlemen, have you seen the Detroit-KC score?

The Bills are improved this year, but it's clear that KC is god awful.

Come on Buffalo. Gotta hold them to a FG here. If so, I like their odds. That blocked FG at the end of the first half is looming large...

Edit:

Momentum swinging all over the place in this game. Raiders going ahead after letting the Bills wreck them for 21 points.

Going to be an interesting finish.

"Don't bother covering McFadden out of the backfield -- he's just there as a decoy."
It's unreal. The Raiders are missing their top 2 WRs (well, DHB playing would actually be a positive for Buffalo). Defending the Raiders should be fairly simple. Man to man on the receivers SHOULD have been good enough. Then just key on McFadden. But somehow DMC keeps carving them up in the passing game. Has Shawn Merriman's name even been called today? Hey "Lights Out", game's almost over, you might want to make a play son.

That's a lot easier said than done, though; McFadden is an elite player and the Bills CBs aren't exactly shutdown corners with McKelvin getting burned and rookie Aaron Williams as the nickel back.Merriman hasn't done much, but the focus has been on shutting down the run and Merriman's forte is pass-rushing.
