Game Thread W2 - Pittsburgh V Cleveland (1 Viewer)

Seems like everyone loves Hines Ward, but man it annoys me the way he ALWAYS laughs (and not subtlely, he does it with a huge teeth flashing smile) when he drops the ball. That would piss me off as a QB.

Had 20 point lead heading into this game with J.Lewis and Winslow vs Holmes and Parker....only 12 pts now.

Maybe this is the part of the game where the fans ask "Why did the Browns wait until the final 2 minutes of the half to put together a drive?"

LOL @ Romeo. Last week he kicks a FG down like 4 TD's. Now this.

All that would of made that screenshot of him complete as the clocked ticked down there would be if he had a hamburger in his hand.

The Browns are a damn talented team, but they are as sloppily coached as any team I have seen.

Seems like they have a challenge just lining up and running a play cleanly.

Is it just me or is there some horrible coaching and play calling so far in this young NFL season?

Surely there have to be 32 qualified guys in the world in the world who can do this job adequately.

I"m not so sure I'm seeing all this "talent." At least not on defense. This is 2 weeks in a row now I've watched this team get 0 pass rush. They follow that up with DBs that would struggle covering the WRs of many college teams.

Winslow, Thomas, Edwards, Rodgers, Wimbley, Jackson, and Lewis is a pretty good group IMO, and I'm a Steelers homer. They are simply not a good team due to QB play, coaching deficiencies, and a horrific secondary.

They are not a good team because they are not winning battles up front. They have had piss poor run blocking and pass protection in both games thus far. They have also had absolutely no pass rush. Anderson did not play all that poorly last week.

Its kind of depressing that whenever they talk about the Browns, they have to go back 40 years to Jim Brown. It highlights how they've not achieved greatness in so long.

The lines are all that matters. We watched Belichick put a WR in the secondary and succeed because he had the lines. Belichick spent years of high draft picks building both lines. Joe Thomas is a great START. But they have years of construction to do.

 I was going to post the same thing.I used to think it was great watching his "joy of the game" as he smiles when he gets him, smiles when he drop the ball, smiles when he fumbles. Now I think I find it kinda annoying and would like to see him get pissed at some of those things.I know it's nick picky, but it's really beginning to irritate me.

Ward smiles because he knows that he gets away with more cheap shots than anyone in the league....That's coming from a Steelers fan.

Note to Browns coaches....Syndric Steptoe might be the worst blocker in the league. Please stop trying to block with him.
