aw calm down. When it slipped out of his hand Hoch was behind him, and when he followed through his hand hit the ball. IT was a mistake, but not as bad as homers are making it.I personally thought it could have been called a commensurate recovery.

Technically, he made 2 mistakes:1. he thought it was a forward pass when it clearly was not.2. he blew the whistle when he did not have to.

How is it not a screw job? He could of easily said after review it's clearly a fumble and SD's ball. That would have been the correct call. The stupid whistle has nothing to do with what happened on the field. Not only did he goof up the whistle, but he goofed up the replay call. Horrendous..
