Game Thread W4 - Tampa Bay V Carolina (1 Viewer)

Any1 watching the game? Is Smith getting targets? How bad does Carr look?

I get the feeling no one is actually viewing the game.

Smith was targeted deep. He got a hand on the ball but it was high and fell incomplete. Two plays later Carr throws an Int.

Galloway just had a catch. Commentators are saying that Galloway has been forgotten.

I've got to admit, I was expecting to see something more devastating in the Caddy replay. It didn't look all that bad to me.

:lmao:

That was definitely Carr's fault. Smith was correct in breaking off that route, there was double coverage overtop. ughhhhhhh

I'm going out on a limb here, but David Carr is not good at football.:pile on:
 As a Houston homer it was so funny to hear people say that the Texans screwed over Carr and they stole a good qb who just did have a chance in Houston. So do you guys still think Houston's O-line was still horrible? yeah yeah I know we lost today but atleast the game was watchable.

Well, at least now we know it wasn't just the Texans O-line or lack of talent around him. David Carr is just an A-W-F-U-L quarterback.

It made me so mad when the Fox Pregame Show guys were defending Carr because of his OLine in Houston. He's just taking horrible sacks now obviously

Tim Couch, if he were to step on the field the next series, >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Carr

This was possibly a career-ending performance. There are no more "Houston's O Line was the problem" excuses left.

And, there is no more QB controversy in Carolina. They will sink or swim with Delhomme playing every down when he's healthy enough to field a snap.

Hope he saved some of that money, because he's about to be Akilli Smith real soon.

Everyone needs to look at Carr's stats and you'll see why if you are not watching the game you wouldn't think it was his fault. This is what happened in Houston every week. He would be horrible for 3 qtrs and get a garbage td and some dump/scramble yards and people would be misled if they didn't watch and say things like "if he had some help he would be pretty good" or "his O-line doesnt give him any time to throw.

Now its clear once you see it for yourself.
