Tebow is worse than Orton. He's just not an NFL QB. Downgrade all of Denver's skill position players.

What are you watching? He was inches form connecting on deep passes with both Lloyd and Decker.

People that are not watching the game are going to hate...and I am not even a Tebow fanboy.I am a Colorado native and went through the rough Elway years.The difference with Tebow over Orton is that Orton gets the ball, backs up runs through the progressions and either throws the ball to a spot, throws an int or throws it away.,Tebow gets the ball and runs the play, runs through the progressions and then tries to do something which (at this point usually is bad), but given reps, might turn into something good. You at least feel like you have a chance and that is what the Denver fans want.

He's extremely talented, both physically & mentally, & will get better & better.Some people can't see the forest for the tress. Really no other way to explain the disdain for Tebow by some people. Tebow has tremendous upside. A blind man could see that.

He should've been starting all year, getting experience given all they have in front of him is Orton. That said, Tebow is raw & will make mistakes, no doubt, but he's their future.

I don't care who the QB is, a release that slow is a problem. QBs can make up for it with pinpoint accuracy and touch, but Tebow doesn't have that either. He may develop, but he's going to throw some bad picks.

classic example of why some FF people are misled - Denver doesnt care how good of a FF QB he is, so saying this is a FF board makes no sense when FF people start questioning why so and so isnt playing based on FF statistics . . .

You missed my point. FF is the reason we're watching & discussing Tebow. One of the biggest mistakes FFers make is turning their nose to a player's FF potential. We don't score on QB rating & all that.As long as Tebow is the starter, he'll score FF points, but NFL points. But to answer the question surely coming, yes, he'll show he deserves to be their future when they decide to hand over the keys for good. I expect Tebow to keep progressing & be their starter in 2012. And like I said, he'll keep improving. Great dynasty buy if you can get him at the right price.

Tolbert is used extensively in the red zone so yes I think it could have been a little different but I also have been a fan of Mathews early this year and am glad he is getting a lot of touches.

Im a Gator homer. I still think Tebow struggles as a passer in the league because of his delivery. But he is unique in that he is a Fullback playing QB. If you respect his ability to run and break tackles, and play bigger DBs, who knows. . . not me.

But I am still on the side of will never develop into a great passer.

I hope this kid succeeds...but I'm skeptical he will.

He needs a ton of reps. I think if he gets them he will get a lot better. However, I am not confusing him with the next great passer.I won't take anything away from this game as he came in, down a couple scores, and that is tough to do.

BTW, go back & watch the throws Tebow made last season. Dude can throw the ball.

The lockout might've hurt Tebow more than any player in the NFL. It didn't help that Denver was so stubborn about starting Orton with them clearly going nowhere this season.

I expect them to eventually redesign the offense & tailor it to Tebow's strengths, but it would be a HUGE mistake to assume Tebow can't put up good passing stats. QBs like Tebow (& Vick & Newton) essentially create passing lanes with their legs. Tebow can be very effective running a wide open offense.

This kid is going to be a top-notch FF QB in time, IMO.

Picked up Tebow as my QB3 last week after looking at his stats down the stretch last year. It's going to be interesting as he gets more reps. Not sure how I can start him over Fitzgerald or Matt Ryan. Honestly, I wish I could use him at RB.
