I think it was an incomplete pass. What if a Charger caught the ball, would it have been a fumble recovery? While surely not written into the rules, I say the test for receivers and possession applies here - he made a football move with the ball.

It was originally a straight calf. He came out and then went back in and played well. There were a few plays where he was slow to get up after getting banged up and then he never went back in. I'm not aware of whether or not it was a specific injury keeping him out or San Diego was just trying to give him a break after getting hammered a few times.

You must be new.Tebow's YPA last year was higher than Tom Brady or Peyton Manning have done in any season of their careers except one. His yards per completion was the highest in league history.Granted, it was only in 3 games and he was far below the minimum number of attempts to qualify, but it would have been tough to do that for 3 games without being able to the throw the ball 5 yards.
