Ok, there was a thread on this last week. I am starting both LT AND the PIT D. I need 20 total points to win the game. Is this a good or bad idea?Deeeeeefense baby!

Pittsburgh is really hammering the Chargers offense. If San Diego wants to make the playoffs, they have to win this game...they don't seem to be playing nearly as desperate as they did in weeks 3 and 4...shame cause I was hoping for a great game tonight...so far San Diego is not playing good on offense and the defense has been simply mild. Only giving up 7 points so far.

Pittsburgh intercepted the ball at about their 10-15 yd line...had a decent run back. 2 15 yard penalties, and 1 FWP run and now they are on the 10 yd line of San Diego...

I guess if you consider 5 carries for 20 yards as being "shut down." They basically set him up to get stuffed on the last couple of drives by passing almost exclusively early. Everyone knew they would want to give him the ball after they barely had on the first two drives.You may get it from the Pit D alone, LT is getting shut down.Ok, there was a thread on this last week. naw, I've seen them done already...especially when you get long drives with few penalties...there have been way too many penalties already in this game...pretty choppy...not at all what i thought it would be.

Not the play in the backfield. I was talking about at the 2 yard line.Edwards was set up to deliver a blow & Ben gives a quick step to the right & dives left . Edwards wiffs.It was Foley. They announced it. Turn the sound on Madden isn't that bad.

He's still getting significant carries. I wouldn't trade any runner getting significant carries for Boldin. Unless I was flush with runners.
