yeah but I am playing him. So he'll get 7 runs out of 10 plays and a td on first drive.Rhodes isn't as good as Addai
Is GB running D that bad, or is that just Dungy "mixing it up"?yeah but I am playing him. So he'll get 7 runs out of 10 plays and a td on first drive.Rhodes isn't as good as Addai
he appears to just close his eyes and run like hellI can't think of a better descriptionHow is grant looking? Is he running hard? Hittin the holes hard? Look quick?
Good thing he was just pointed in the direction of the end zone then. TD GRANT!he appears to just close his eyes and run like hellI can't think of a better descriptionHow is grant looking? Is he running hard? Hittin the holes hard? Look quick?
Disagree. Colts had the ball and wind once and scored easily. In second quarter they stalled their own drive with a penalty. Only drive they stopped the Colts cold was the third drive. Packer's offense and Colt penalties have been more effective than Packer defense.Packers D looks good so far.
In reality the difference between the two in the passing game is probably negligible. But the Packers use Jackson as a means to avoid running Grant into the ground. He has 20 touches in the first half you know. Are Grant's hands that bad or are Brandon Jackson's just that good that they pull Grant out for most passing plays?

I take it he's dropping catches?I think Wayne's hands were cut off before this game.
He has like 7-9 targets with one catch. Something is wrong to say the least.mr blond said:I take it he's dropping catches?EdwardCat said:I think Wayne's hands were cut off before this game.
That's exactly what I was thinking as I bashed my head into the wall both times they took the TD away.sucks for those who own peyton manning, looking on espn, as they credited and then took away 2 touchdown throws by peyton manning...and then finally a 1 yard TD run by rhodes.
But think how wonderful it is for Rhodes owners...not a Rhodes owner here. That's exactly what I was thinking as I bashed my head into the wall both times they took the TD away.sucks for those who own peyton manning, looking on espn, as they credited and then took away 2 touchdown throws by peyton manning...and then finally a 1 yard TD run by rhodes.
Well, if it makes you feel any better there was really no doubt as to whether or not they'd be overturned. Both were the correct calls. In fact, the only debate was whether the second one should have been down at the 1 or a touchback. That's exactly what I was thinking as I bashed my head into the wall both times they took the TD away.sucks for those who own peyton manning, looking on espn, as they credited and then took away 2 touchdown throws by peyton manning...and then finally a 1 yard TD run by rhodes.
You must be a Colts fan huh?My condolencesSomething has to be done about the officiating in this league. Nothing is worse than when the officials interfere too much and call EVERYTHING. Did anybody else notice that there were some RIDICULOUS calls in this game. This was a grueling game to watch. It felt like they were making stuff up in this one. I mean, what was that call at the beginning with the onside kick?? And how about the block in the back on Peyton after the tipped ball interception return? Or the obvious catch that was ruled a non catch to Wayne in the 4th quarter (the one where two officials said it was a catch and one said it was not and they huddled up and decided it was not a catch.)Let them play the game for heaven's sake!

i got really lucky having both manning and rhodes, but that's why i came into this thread - to find out exactly what was happening.

That they do...I drafted them.Peyton Manning and Tomlinson have the same disease this year.
What was the call on the onsides kick? Ummm...it was the rule.Something has to be done about the officiating in this league. Sorry, but you're wrong. The Colts will be fine, and that was one of the worst officiated games I can remember in a long time. All of it going Green Bay's way. It's almost as if they had money on the game or something. The Colts WRs were getting mugged, and they were calling ticky tack pass interference calls on the Colts all game long.ETA: Not to mention the non-holding calls on the Packers, and the holding calls on the Colts. You could see it in the eyes of the refs, they definitely favored the Packers today. The Colts are just not good. The officiating was fine. I'm a fan of neither team. There was nothing in the game that really stood out as egregious errors. It's natural to make excuse for your team when expectations were so high.
