Let me get this straight...Kyle Orton just led the Bears on a 99 yard td drive.Tell me again why I drafted him in my dynasty league...Sweet

What is wrong with Detroit? Only 3 points at home. Chicago D is pretty good, but the Lions really look like garbage. This division is ugly.

The Bears D owns all :bye:
The Bears D is good, I'll give them that. But both of these teams suck. The whole division sucks. It's ugly to watch. But somehow I think the Lions will find a way to win this game and be the less sucky team for the day.

It's sad that one of these teams will have a winning record at the end of the day.

Yes it's sad that one of these teams will have a winning record after today. Just look at the offensive futility for this division at halftime:

Chicago: 13-3

Green Bay: 7-14

Detroit - 3-13

Minny - 0-24

:X :X :X :X

Sigh.

Chicago is shaping up into one of the best teams in the NFL.

Right.
It's difficult to measure how good Chicago really is, since they only have wins against really sucky teams. IMO, they look pretty average. They have a solid running game and solid D, but once again it's all against mediocre teams. They are solid, but not spectacular. They are definitely not one of the best teams in the NFL.

 :lmao: :lmao:  you can't be serious. this is one pathetic game on both sides of the ball.
I cant stand when really good defense is considered "pathetic football".Get a clue guy. Go watch Raiders-Titans if you want fireworks

To look at the Bears simplistically, they are a good QB away from being a good team, meaning capable of a playoff win or two. That said, how many NFL teams can you say are one or two things away from being a good team?!As a Bears fan, I like where they are because:- They have a very solid and young D-line- They have a very solid O-line- They have a good RB- They have a STELLAR defenseThose are the true building blocks of a good football team for years to come, IMO. I CERTAINLY wouldn't trade positions with ANY NFC North teams right now - the future in this division is very bright for Chicago.

Man, there's no better feeling than seeing your defense JACK a happy-foot QB!! That said, hats of to Gay-cia for getting up and playing tough.

I consider two teams that are playing extremely physical, awesome defense and just beating on each other, very good football. There havent been any turnovers and not many stupid penalties/plays. What is so bad about this?

They should keep playing Vines even when Roy comes back. Nice to see a Lions wide receiver actually throw blocks on a running plays.

There's a lot of bias against the NFC north. Is it the worst division in football? Probably. Are all the teams head and shoulders worse than the teams in other divisions? Heck no - there are a few outstanding teams in the NFL, and after that a crapload of mediocrity.

This game is turning on us real fast here. Those first two posessions of the half, we had good field position in both and did nothing with eitherGarcia is playing good right now :wall:
