Ronnie Brown was on a pace for 32 TDs this season......Final Romo quarterly pace update: 373.3 PaYds, 6.7 TDs! The TDs pace went up yet again.
That dude is going kill you in the playoffs. But hey, at least you'll be in the playoffs.vanderjerk makes one..way to go....barely
Yep. And unfortunately it's not MBIII. :( Can't complain about the 2 td's on 3 yards receiving though. It will be nothing but rushing from here on out for Dallas. It's still the 3rd quarter. They will run a lot though.
It will probably be 90% rush.
I second that i am definetly HOMO for ROMOI can no longer measure the amount of man-crush I have for Tony Romo. It has eclipsed what I've had for Tom Brady since 2001.
It seems early to bank it, but it's sure tempting. If he is the real deal, they have an incredible core of young guys to build on (may be off a bit - going off memory):Romo 4yrs (but in effect 1 yr)Barber 2 yrsJones 3 yrsWitten 4 yrsWare 2 yrsSpears 2 yrsWilliams 5 yrsNewman 4 yrsWith the "skill" positions covered they can fill gaps on the OL and D. This team has a chance to be good, and for a while.I keep waiting on Romo to have a bad game, and I know it will happen... but even when it does, I can't help but breathe a sigh of confident relief in knowing that this franchise is set up with "The Man" at QB for the next decade.

Yeah, the Tuna is tough. I don't think it's ever really about building up confidence in his mind. To the contrary, I think it's preventing overconfidence. He knows Romo is young and learning and wants to keep him on track to getting better. "He's managing the game well. And that's what he's supposed to do," Parcells said. "He's a football guy and he's interested in playing well. But we've got a ways to go here. So put the anointing oil away, OK?"Way to build up your qb's confidence in the post game interiew, Parcells. I understand you're trying to keep his ego from getting too big. But saying you could've thrown a couple of those td passes?GEEZ!
I understand. Parcells seems to take it overboard on curbing the enthusiasm sometimes though. I've never really liked Parcells approach. His constant condesending and sarcastic tone annoys me.Yeah, the Tuna is tough. I don't think it's ever really about building up confidence in his mind. I don't think it's hurting Romo at all to have the coach striving for him to get even better. He seems very happy to be playing for this coach and also admits he's got things to work on... just as his coach wants him to realize. This is what is going to eventually make him a real great one.
