GIANTS @ BEARS GAME THREAD (1 Viewer)

Wasn't aware the Chicago D was hurting this badly
some guys are out, but its no worse than other teams. There is no depth though
Bears are supposed to have a rotation of d tackles. Instead they are starting a guy who was cut by Dallas. That is on the GM if you ask me.
no doubt, but he needs a little more time before I'm all up in his kool-aid. I liked the Marshall trade and the 2012 draft. but this is an 8-8 team still

Not sure if this has been mentioned but so glad to see the yellow flags are back. and the lack of pink shoes/towels/gloves/ect tonight.

Emery has done a lot of good things. I think that bringing in Trestman was inspired. His drafts so far have been pretty good. I love Kyle Long. But last year he failed to identify their offensive line problems. They struggled all season because their o-line was awful. This year their lack of depth on the d-line may cripple them for this season.

thankfully I'm not playing against Marshall tonight
I'm not sure how that wasn't offensive interference. Marshall's arms were fully extended on Thomas' chest. Unsure how any corner defends that.

If Brandon Marshall really wanted to be a hero, why couldn't he just wear his approved shoes and give the fine money+match money to charity?

So the NFL will allow neon pink everywhere on the field, but will fine Marshall for neon green? Hypocritical.
You can't raise awareness for a cause they don't promote!
I realize Marshall is supporting his own cause, but it seems to me the union would have a legitimate grievance about the lack of consistency about conforming uniform colors.
Theres no discrepancy. You wear the uniform or the NFL approved variation.

Because then nobody would have been talking about it on TV...pretty obvious
