Giants TE Jeremy Shockey worked on Thursday WR Plaxico Burress had is back tighten up before practice and was added to the injury report as probable.

Shiancoe could have a big game.

Scout.com reports Sinorice Moss is in danger of missing the season. The second-round pick recently had another setback in his recovery from an injured groin and will not play this week against Seattle. Moss was originally expected to take over the Giants' No. 3 receiver position but Tim Carter has played well in the role.

No, I misread it as Sinorice.Move along, nothing to see here.

- Giants TE Jeremy Shockey has a nagging ankle injury that is going to prevent him from getting great separation and could affect his numbers over the course of the season.

That is a Canadian sports website, I had not heard this reported previously.
It should have been. It's true. I have him in FF and have watched him and the guy doesn't get separation. It makes sense that a guy bothrred by an injury wouldn't play as well. Good analysis IMO

rotoworld yet "Scout.com reports...." geeshThe Giants had like a 3a and 3b plan and no 4th WR. Odd but, they made plays for Moss. Seemed to expect Carter to go deep on anyone and to get hurt. It really was as if "when he's the #3.... and when this guy's the #3". It wasn't traditional 1-5 WR ranking at all
