Giants vs Eagles - Week 12 (1 Viewer)

This is my issue with the NFL. They need to relax the PI rules, illegal contact and maybe then we’ll see some teams win games they are supposed to.
Theres too many BS Safety rules. I've said for awhile these "Safety rules" are bs CYA's for the league on lawsuits. Plus now they are in bed with the gamblers and fantasy football getting a piece of the pie so its gonna start getting worse. Just reading past comments from players you can tell both sides hate it. I'm good friends with Anthony Becth the former TE of NYJ/TB do to being friends with his sister. Based on what he's told me from people he knows in the NFL none of the players or coaches like the rules. Even saw a story where offensive guys told defenders hit them high and not low Rather have a concussion then not be able to walk on bad knees. Going as far as telling the defensive players I got your back on any fines. The NFL is just doing PC control and make the fantasy/gambling addict and casual fan happy. People loved that KC/LAR game on Monday I couldn't stand it as it was like watching Big 12 football.

If the Giants stop them on 3rd down they should have 20ish seconds when they get the ball back.

This one is on the coaches based on the fact Saquon had 4 touches in the half. There’s gotta be more to the story, otherwise I have no faith this staff can turn this team around.

Shurmur blew this one... I just don't understand the usage, got too much into the Iggles not having their secondary guys in.

Worst refereeing I've seen this year ... how many block in the backs and PI can the eagles get away

Is tripping not a penalty?
yes if intentional. They could have flagged that but player had made a legal "tackle" on the player who flipped it last second, his leg was in a natural position and the trip was far from flagrant. Good no -call under circumstances.

It was bad game for the refs for both teams, man. At least they were inconsistent both ways, but you always remember the last call.
I disagree ... think you may have been swayed by Spielman who I thought was Ronde Barber the whole time ...he sounds like him. Spielman seemed very pro Eagles today

Good explanation but ... BS his leg was in a natural position. He clearly swung his leg and that should have been penalized

Would have been the equivalent of calling the PI you see on every hail mary play....it better be an absolute mugging to throw that flag. Again...they could have called it, but were right not to.

Lot of bad calls and no calls in that game, this wasn't one of them

Sorry you didn't get one more play in before losing on a questionable penalty that didn't matter? Big deal?
