Depends if garbage is collected by the municipality or if it's contracted out. At least around here garbage men are employed though the highway department, so you would need to pass a civil servant test just to get a foot in the door...if they even have an opening.

Ale Asylum has a nice tap room right on the river. They know how to make a beer, and it's a great location, but only go there for drinks. Their food is genuinely awful

Too bad it's not tonight. It's Milwaukee Beer week. Lot's of micros coming in from around the country holding tastings all over.

When you figure out where you're staying I can give you some ideas. Haven't been to the Ale Asylum that LD mentions yet, but I would agree they have good beer.

I see that Rogue is going to be at your Beer Week.  They're based out of Newport, Oregon on the coast.  Do they routinely ship kegs out that way by truck and just fly a couple guys out to rep the brewery at an event like this or what.  Seems like a long way to go to pour some of your beers.

They probably have sales reps in the area that will cover it.
