Hey if you ever decide to go the self employed route, beware that not only do you owe regular taxes that you should pay in estimated quarterly payments, but as a neat feature, you also owe self employment tax over and above that. So, yeah, that's like 15% or so of what you earned in a year being due at once.

Flying to GRR today. Staying at a bed & breakfast along the Flat River that reminds me of the family farm we used to visit every August for the Anderson family reunion. 100 acres of woods and river paths to wander along in the mud while I'm killing time the next few days.

We had an unbelievable February/March this year and it was one of the mildest winters ever. HOORAY CLIMATE CHANGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
But it has sucked butt the last few days. Cold and wet. 70 by Friday/Sat though.
