If you want to argue about the eggshell skull rule, Perry Mason, take it to the Lawyer thread.Exactly
It isn't dem. They tried to imitate den, the masculine subjective of "the", but it should have been das, the neuter subjective, which is a common mistake because fenster is an unusual word that ends with -er but is not masculine. But they really didn't go for accuracy in the faux German they were speaking."dem" Fenster, but yeah
He says "dem." I figured that's why he had to repeat himself. "Den" is never used for neuter nouns. It isn't dem. damn, that's pretty impressive
He had to repeat himself because karl didnt know that john wasnt wearing shoes but hans did after their earlier meeting. It wasnt because he didnt understand the command. He says "dem." I figured that's why he had to repeat himself. "Den" is never used for neuter nouns.
You are correct that the proper article was "das," but that's the accusative case, not the "subjective."
I know, Fred, I was kidding. He had to repeat himself because karl didnt know that john wasnt wearing shoes but hans did after their earlier meeting. It wasnt because he didnt understand the command.
Youre right about accusative. Its been over 20 years and i was paying more attention to this girl named anna back then.
Not a classic beauty but smoking hot in her unique way.Been watching Animal Kingdom on TNT. Ellen Barkin is looking pretty rough these days but I bet she was an epic lay back in her prime
Yeah, definitely not "animal" classification. Years must not have been kind for her to end up on AK.Not a classic beauty but smoking hot in her unique way.

wow....that is terrifying. Glad you can still make it.gianmarco said:PSA for anyone traveling internationally: Make sure your passport is valid at least 6 months from your travel.
Supposed to leave for Greece Monday morning with wife and son. Head to counter to check in and guy tells me he can't check me in because my passport expires in two months and, although I'll be back before then, it needs to be at least 3 months out.
Needless to say, my heart just sunk. Ended up sending my wife and son while I stayed behind to get a passport renewal. Drove 6 hours yesterday to Hot Springs, Arkansas and was able to get a new passport in one day then drove 6 hours back home. Sitting at airport now to hopefully join them by tomorrow.
In the end, could have been FAR worse but after reading more about this, many people don't know about this and have complete vacations lost along with thousands of dollars.
I don't get stressed out very often but Monday was not a good day and actually broke into tears knowing I couldn't be there with them. Of course, I booked everything so hotels were in my name along with the connecting flights and ferries between the islands. Just thankful I can hopefully make it there and only losing out on two days. I just wanted to hug those people at the passport agency yesterday.
Just hoping for a headache free rest of the trip.......

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. My first flight had a "light come on". While they were looking into it, I called Delta to get me on a backup flight leaving two hours later and to see if I could change all three legs. As she's letting me know that she could, first flight announced to be delayed four hours.wow....that is terrifying. Glad you can still make it.
I would be causing heavy casualties at this pointNow delayed in second leg going to NYC because of storms at JFK. Already only had less than an hour and a half between landing and departing internationally.
#### me.
On the plane and hopefully only half hour late. Should still make it.... for now. Can't wait to see what's in store for leg 3.I would be causing heavy casualties at this point
I did that train for 2.5 years. Not the worst, but bad.All of a sudden my ####ty train ride home doesn't sound so bad.
Heritage delayed due to faulty bridge that possibly needs inspection / maintenance.I did that train for 2.5 years. Not the worst, but bad.
Or OJ, either way. After a mad dash through JFK, barely made it on.
I now know what Neal Page felt like.

Just watched the pilot of Roadies on Showtime... She has a serious Sally Field vibe going on.I think I'll lust after Carla Gugino until she's 80.
Except I never beat it to Sally field and neither did anyone else.Just watched the pilot of Roadies on Showtime... She has a serious Sally Field vibe going on.
