Stranger things is fun but starting to get overhyped.  If you watch, lower your expectations.  It's not that good, but it's nice to have seen the new show that everyone else has seen.

 
There's a new show on History Channel with Ozzy Osbourne and his son Jack exploring historical sites. They have subtitles for Ozzy.  :lmao:

You also watch a lot of crap on SciFi though, right?

What is the connection to King?  Is this one of his stories?  I don't recognized it.

 
Just a little update:

Rest of vacation was fantastic.  Now just a distant memory having to deal with that ####.

Along those same lines, just talked to a friend and mentioned what happened and he is supposed to fly out of the country next Friday and his passport expires in September.  If I hadn't called, he'd have gone through the same thing (and he's only going for the weekend so would have been totally screwed).  He is now doing a one week expedited passport.  Another person I know is traveling in September to a country with a 6 month expiration policy and is doing the same thing.

Such a stupid ####### rule and so ####### stupid that the airlines don't bother to mention it when booking international travel.  Nothing better but to #### with people and waste their money.

/rant.

P.S. -- Greece is awesome.  When you finally get there.

True, but I also know when I'm watching crap.  This isn't.

There's no real connection to King and it's not based on any of his work, but it has a very strong early Stephen King vibe, and he tweeted a few times how much he loved it.

Where has this been overhyped?  I hadn't even heard of it until I saw it suggested by Netflix a few days ago.

Meeting the soon to be ex for a breakfast pow wow tomorrow. At the table is how much of a scoundrel I am (her) and find can I please see my kids (me).
