Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Ran a 5k this morning and now watching some football after polishing off a bottle of the Beaujolais nouveau.  Good times.  3 days to go.

 
Are worlds colliding?

I picked my son and his buddy up from a boy scout thing today, was giving his buddy a ride home.  When I saw them, this kid I swear to god said "let's get shuked".  He then said it a second time.  I totally ignored it like I didn't hear anything.  

Time to panic?  Are my son and all his friends documenting my ridiculously immature antics on here?  Was this some type of coincidence? 

I'm afraid to even ask my son about this.  

 
Trying to figure out what they could consider getting shuked is. 

Do they sit around and hope they receive random PMs?

Do they partake EAT OFFs?

Do they go out and find things they don't understand?

I'm shuked here.

Did the traditional posole and gumbo this year. Except I've never done posole before and I always did turkey gumbo, but had no turkey this year. Shaking things up in my twilight years.

Sounds great. How old are you, cuz if you're really fn old you could go for applesauce next year.

For Christmas my dad would always make a big pot of clam chowder. It's actually easy to make but was nice on a cold winter day

 
Just received a jacket I ordered from Amazon. It's the wrong jacket, with tags from a 3rd model, in the wrong size. Come on guys...

I ordered something a while ago from Amazon and it came with a pair of pink girl's sneakers.  I put them on freecycle.  They screw up a lot.

Missing things in an order or extra things is one thing. Having the wrong jacket with the label from a different jacket in the wrong size screams 3rd party and not Amazon to me.

Asked my son about this today.  He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about.

 
I just spent about five minutes searching for a "Twilight" movie thread and I couldn't find it.  

I can't believe I have watching this crap all night and wanted to vent.  I watched all four movies and about ten hours of my life I won't get back.

Finishing up with BREAKING dawn two right now.  Oof.

Edited to add...The NFL has issues when a guy like me picks this crap over football.

Didn't watch one second of football today. Sure as hell didn't spend my free time watching Twilight crap

I did watch an episode of Gilmore Girls
